My appointment for Xeomin on my upper lip was at 230pm. I arrived 15 min late . It was totally my fault and I accept that. I was told that the technician likes to soend a whole 30min with her customers and I appreciate that.. I couldn't wait til 430pm as they suggested for another time slot to be come avaliable. Instead I asked to purchase some products by redeeming a coupon and some loyalty points. I was made to wait til 3pm. After approximately 15 min , and extremely defensive manager, I left. Its very apparent that she did not know how to complete the transaction. I can accept being strict with scheduling. What I cannot accept is bad customer service.Theres SOOO many Medspas in the area that being made to feel uncomfortable and made to wait 15 min for a simple transaction shouldn't even come into play. We are all busy and want our time respected.. its ironic how last appointment I was made to wait 20+ minutes. Absolutely NO customer service skills whatsoever. Spend your hard earned money for Botox and lasers elsewhere and get appreciated and pampered.. NEVER AGAIN!

Very happy about my experience here. The front desk staff is always warm and welcoming and my nurse injector, Essie is very talented. She filled my cheeks and lips recently and she did an AMAZING job with both. She was very attentive and patient with me and was able to correct some unevenness from past filler that was done at another place. They look SO good, I'm obsessed!! 10/10 would recommend.

Highly recommend!! First of all their front desk staff is kind and sweet, they will make you coffee meanwhile you wait to see a doctor. Dr. Maggie helped me with my digestive problems and skin issues! She is very knowledgeable and listens to your concerns and needs. Goes above and beyond to make you comfortable. Also when private insurance can't always cover your physical and blood work, this is the place to go!

People always ask me, "Where do you get your energy level from??!" "How do work all these long shifts, all this OT?!" "How do you managed to bake, organize, get all these extra things done and still have soo much energy?!" "How are you fasting, working out and loosing weight?!" "How are you this hyper and full of life after 18hr shify?!" Well, here is the answer!! Time for my monthly IV and my weekly b12 shots! If you want to live better, look younger. recently had a Euro Peel, it was so great for my skin! after 3-4 days my skin flaked, but it wasn't that bad. Took a few days to get rid of dead skin and that. it hydrated my skin, the fine lines are not as noticeable. Gwen did a great job, explained it all. I am using their wash and cream and love it. Never thought I'd stop using the one I had for years, but it started drying out my skin. Will continue to go back for more, and to see Jamie for Botox, also amazing at her job. Everyone there is great, so comfortable and welcoming. Can't say thank you enough!!!! ❤️

Please do not go to this place if you care at all about your lips.. I received the most uneven, lopsided fillers from Denise and expressed my concerns not only right after my filler but a few days after. We all know bruising and swelling happens, but this filler was simply unevenly injected. It was so terrible I wanted to cry. I received opinions from a couple injections and they were shocked at how poorly the fillers were done. They indeed confirmed it was too much filler. I spent $300 dissolving my lips because it was that horrendous. I followed all guidelines (put arnica gel and took tables, avoided straws, etc) I texted Denise my injector and called the SPA multiple times to express my concerns before even writing a review. The manager, Lisa, called me back and was so rude to me. She did not once empathize with my experience, but in fact told me it was my fault "for not waiting 2 weeks". There was no accountability taken. Not even a partial refund. It breaks my heart to have such an experience and it sucks that this place doesn't care about its people, but just money. Please do not go to this place if you care about your lips :(
