Dr Stein is wonderful. She took the time to listen to our concerns and she personally went over our 6 month olds history, took time to get to know her, and just went above and beyond in my opinion. I’m incredibly happy that we happened to find her!

We love Dr. Stein. She is very polite and has taken time to answer all our questions. She has an easy nature which helps us while navigating the medical needs of our child. The office staff is also very friendly. We are able to get appts easily.

Being new to the area, and with no prior knowledge of this doctor, I was extremely disappointed by this woman's lack of professionalism. I'll begin by stating I have never previously taken the time to post a negative review, but such was my experience I felt it would be unconscionable not to do so. I found her to be abrasive, rude, and condescending, and frankly I am skeptical of the currency of her medical "knowledge". On our first visit, she injured my six month old to such an extant he will forever have a scar. Despite this, she had the audacity to insist the infant was somehow at fault (this reaction instead of a simple apology). After the second visit, my wife and I had had quite enough of her gruff behavior and skeptical expertise. Further, as we exited her office, she overheard us politely telling her nurse to please cancel our future appointments, at which point she walked out of her office to "pad the bill" in front of us, and engage us in open hostility. I am on all accounts surprised that such a personality is permitted around children when clearly she blames and despises them. It is amazing and unfortunate that such a friendly staff serves to shield such a poor health professional, but from one concerned parent to another, avoid this doctor.

Dr Stein saw my child after a fall that caused a fracture in her arm. After I described the fall Dr Stein predicted the type of injury and sent us for x-rays. When the x-ray showed exactly the type of injury she had initially described, but using a synonym, Dr Stein gave me incorrect information about the fracture and then accused me of lying about the mechanism of injury. When I researched the matter I found that the words used were synonymous and that the most common cause of that type of fracture was exactly the cause I had described. The ortho doc that I later saw reassured me the fracture was very common and no big deal, and that it happened commonly with the type of fall I had described. Dr Stein was insensitive at best and completely unprofessional at worst. I would not trust her and would never see this doctor again.
