List of Solomon Sager's Reviews
My family member is one of his patients. I’m a cardiology PA and live in another state. Dr. Sager always kept me updated (with the family member’s permission) and provided excellent care. I am so impressed by his kindness, compassion, knowledge and skill. I know we are in good hands and have nothing but high praise and highly recommend. I hope I can thank him in person some day. The whole family is grateful to Dr. Sager.
On a scale of one to ten, Dr. Sager is a 15. Couldn't ask for a better heart electrician, as I call him.
My mom is the patient of Dr. Solomon Sager for few years. He is caring and kind. He is very knowledgeable and answers all your questions. He is a very good cardiologist. I recommend him for everybody who is looking for a good doctor.
Dr. Sagar was callus, rough, absolutely no compassion whatsoever. I would highly discourage anyone from having any procedure done with him.I have had over 18 procedures/ surgeries in my life time and not one was this horrific. I will be reporting this to the proper authorities for them to investigate this incident.Unfortunately even though I was Super clear about my anxiety to have the EP study done without any sedation and Both my doctor And his nurse assured me I would be comfortable and they would use twighlight sedation, the day of EP in the OR they said No sedation at all. I asked them to Stop procedure before they began but I was already strapped in..they kept saying they weren't gonna stop. It was Horrible!! They also put a loop recorder in my chest..if I could go back and change it..I would have done whatever it took to Make them Stop..I felt like I was lied to and then bullied into letting them do it without twighlight sedation. It was a very traumatic experience. Here is photo of what the incision looks like 2 days after the procedure! I am in a support group on Facebook for people with SVTs that have had Both of these procedures. EP study and internal loop recorder placed and they all had either twighlight sedation or general anesthesia with successful ablation. They are also Horrified at the incision Dr. Sagar made. All of them had very thin small incision area.

Doctor Sager is a passionate, skillful, determined, straight-shooting gift from God. I was able to watch and hear enough during a procedure to appreciate his mettle under fire. Unexpected, unusual and mind-vexing situation could have lead other good people to finally shrug their shoulders and give up. But not the tenacious Dr. Sager. God who gives men witty inventions put in Dr. Sager's hands relatively new technology which he has mastered. He then drew on all his inner resources and applied his keen intellect to the challenge at hand, experienced by only 5% of people with the type of a condition I suffered from. He not only solved the puzzle and fixed the problem but in the process came across another issue that surfaced only during the procedure and fixed that too. After he second procedure I am literally enjoying every breath I take, feeling 20-30 years younger. God is great and so is his precious son, Solomon J. Sager. I wholeheartedly recommend his and CCI's excellent services.
Doctor Sager is a passionate, skillful, determined, straight-shooting gift from God. I've trusted my life to him twice. During the first procedure I was able to watch and hear enough to appreciate his mettle under fire. Unexpected, unusual and mind-vexing situation could have lead other good people to finally shrug their shoulders and give up. But not the tenacious Dr. Sager. God who gives men witty inventions put in Dr. Sager's hands relatively new technology which he has mastered. He then drew on all his inner resources and applied his keen intellect to the challenge at hand. He was supported by an excellent team of the Alexian Brothers Medical Center Cath Lab in Elk Grove Village, IL, so that he could focus on my heart's electrical issues experienced by only 5% of people with the type of a condition I suffered from. He not only solved the puzzle and fixed the problem, but in the process came across another issue that surfaced only during the procedure and fixed that too. I am thankful for the opportunity to have watched and heard quite a bit of what went on in that room. As a skilled and proud tradesman I know that Dr. Sager is kindred soul. When he had me under throughout the second procedure four months later, I knew I had nothing to worry about. My heart is like brand new, slightly used. I am literally enjoying every breath I take, felling 20-30 years younger. God is great and so is his precious son, Solomon J. Sager. I see Dr. Sager at the Chicago Cardiology Institute's offices in Oak Park. I love the staff and the way they treat their clients! Thank you all. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Sager's and the Chicago Cardiology Institute's excellent services.
I have been a patient of Dr. Solomon Sager for many years and would recommend him to anyone experiencing atrial fibrillation. Four years ago I had a successful ablation, and recently I received a loop recorder. With both procedures, Dr. Sager patiently explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I always feel safe in his care and know I can ask him any question, and will receive a complete answer because he is extremely knowledgeable. He has a very competent and friendly Nurse Practitioner, and the entire staff at Chicago CardiologyInstitute In Oak Park are efficient and kind. I also am grateful for the free valet parking they offer.
I've been seeing Dr Sager for approximately 5 yrs. After experiencing A-FIB for an extended period my heart is now in rhythm thanks to his expertise. I believe my case proved to be quite complex as it was necessary to undergo several procedures to obtain the desired outcome. I've now been in sinus rhythm for over a year and I'm feeling well. Dr Sager has a pleasant, easygoing manner which has had a beneficial effect in my case since I also suffer from a generalized anxiety disorder. I would highly recommend Dr Sager.
I am very impressed with Dr.Sager, he is a very thorough doctor, he also has a very nice personality. I am in fantastic condition because of Dr.Sager. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family. Because of Dr.Sager insisting I check my heart valve he saved my life.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
