I started visiting this podiatrist’s office in early summer and continued going every two weeks until November. Initially, I paid $125 in cash per visit. The doctor applied some kind of treatment each time, but my condition never improved. It became clear they weren’t interested in treating me as a patient—they just saw me as a source of income. In October, I got insurance and started using it. Suddenly, they told me I had to co-pay $40, but later I received a bill for $192 for one visit—even with insurance. Without insurance, I was paying $125 per visit, yet with insurance, the total billed amount jumped to $192! This office also coded basic callus trimming as “podiatric surgery,” which feels deceptive and unethical. That final $192 bill was the last straw for me. I was so frustrated and angry that I walked out and never went back. After five months of regular visits, my issue remains completely untreated—I still have the same wart I had from the beginning. They did absolutely nothing to resolve it. I cannot recommend this office to anyone. They don’t care about their patients; they only care about money. Save yourself the frustration and find a better doctor who actually treats patients properly.

I recently visited Weil Foot and Ankle Institute and was highly dissatisfied with the care I received. After a consultation, I was recommended to get an MRI at their facility. However, when I brought the MRI results to a trusted specialist for a second opinion, I was informed that the MRI test was not conducted with a legitimate machine or method, rendering the results useless. Essentially, I paid for an imaging test that offered no real diagnostic value. To make matters worse, when I raised these concerns with Weil, they were inflexible and unhelpful. This lack of accountability and unwillingness to assist has left me deeply frustrated and disappointed in their practice. I recommend seeking care elsewhere for foot and ankle issues, especially if reliable imaging and patient support are important to you.
