Jordan is the best. I came in a real mess after an injury 6 months prior. Out of stubbornness, I didnt do physical therapy. I thought it would heal on its own. Jordan worked with me, pushed me, and encouraged me. He listened to what i said I needed. He gave me my life back and for that, I am forever grateful. High five. I would totally recommend.

I came to the Shiloh location because of its convenience to my home. What I found was something more. I found caring people, from the front office (Ms. Laura) to therapists (Michael and Jordan). I especially liked being asked how I was doing very regularly and getting the feeling I was really heard. That was something I didn't get from a previous therapy service provider where I felt like notes and numbers on a chart, not a person. After my last session, I joked that I hoped to not have to see these folks at Shiloh again. Glad to be able to move comfortably and resume daily activities. If I would ever need therapy again, I wouldn't hesitate to resume such a caring relationship.

I started physical therapy for an injured shoulder, from the first day of walking into the facility they made me feel very comfortable. Jordan did an evaluation at the beginning and set me up with a nice exercise routine and a few exercises to take home. Jordan is very compassionate and caring, at the beginning of each visit he checks to see how you have been doing, how your pain level has been if anything new has occurred and is always checking to see if you have any concerns. Jordan is always willing to answer any questions and to explain what is going on if your in question. I am so grateful at the progress I made and the strength I ended up with, I thought it would have taken a very long time to be where I am and to feel pain free. Thank you Jordan and Staff if I ever need PT again I know where I want to return. Happy Holidays to you all.

I was recommended to this location for a rotator cuff issue. Laura was great in getting me timely appointments and working with my schedule. Jordan was fantastic in assessing my needs and what I wanted to achieve. The facility was immaculate and I noticed that they cleaned equipment after each use. It was a friendly, professional and yes fun environment to work out in. I wholeheartedly recommend them and would definitely use them again should the need arise.

I made the decision to come to Athletico Physical Therapy in Shiloh, IL after speaking with Laura over the phone for the first time! She was so helpful in answering all of my questions and made me feel right at home from the start. She has a lovely personality with a great sense of humor. Jordan is very knowledgeable and was able to help me understand the mechanics of my shoulder following a reverse shoulder replacement surgery. He was always concerned about any pain I was in and was able to provide exercises to extinguish the pain. Jordan helped me to work on range of motion followed by strengthening exercises and I feel better than ever!!! Jordan, I appreciate all you have done for me. Special thanks to all of the staff who were careful to keep all of the equipment clean and safe!!!!!

Athletico was recommend by a coworker when I mentioned I needed to do Physical Therapy for a knee injury. I'm so glad it was! Jordan was AH'MAZING!!! He was really great with assessing my knee and mobility with it! The exercises he gave me each week to do were effective and he didn't have a problem answering any questions I had or explaining why some exercises caused more discomfort than others! After a month, I had more mobility and confidence in my knee than when I started. The whole staff was attentive, super courteous and very professional!!! I hope I don't have another injury that requires PT but if I do I'm definitely going to come back here!

Great professional training and supporting staff. The location is extremely clean and the equipment is all in top condition. Michael and Jordan made my PT experience very positive and were a huge help with my Knee recovery.

The whole staff at this location has been amazing! From the front desk to the therapists and techs, everyone is friendly and helpful. Jordan and Michael know how to meet patients where they are at- pushing those that can tolerate it and breaking movements down for those can’t. Highly recommend!

Jordan and the team at Athletics have been incredible working with my 9 year old daughter and her knee injury. Their patience and attention have provided her motivation to continue her therapy exercises at home, who can otherwise could have been quite the battle. Thank you!
