Ok so had COVID during the week of Thanksgiving my symptoms where so severe that I decided against my better judgement to seek treatment. The front desk ladies where kind however apparently the night I was there the entire triage/fast track team was "new" said by a senior nurse who told me the truth and let me discharge myself. Note : my sister was with me who also had COVID. My symptoms where more severe I had trouble breathing and in alot pain I honestly just wanted antibiotics breathing medicine anything . The Nurse not the doctor because I was fast tracked said no treatment for me because there is a "window for treatment" ok but nothing for my fever or breathing they ran so many tests that I had to ask if your not gonna treat me why am I here? Oh we think you have a blood clot .....so you will give me blood thinners but won't treat what's creating them this woman acted like I was asking here for opioids I just wanted antibiotics or treatment she was so rude the staff was more focused on eating than helping. I will never go back to any BJC hospital went to another hospital that actually admitted me and cared for me and where shocked that Shiloh BJC didn't see how bad I was deteriorating my fever was 104!! the "actue trauma center" in Shiloh is a mess and I mean that and racist.

I have been seeing Dr. Lee for radiation oncology care for two years now. I started seeing him at the end of my radiation treatment in Oct, 2015. From the beginning, Dr. Lee has been thorough and shown high level care. He has an excellent bedside manner. His approach is gentle and effective. I know he sees patients all day long but he makes me feel as though he cares. We are blessed to have Dr. Jason Lee, MD, serving the metro east. I highly recommend him and the Cancer Treatment Center.
