We had such a positive experience with all the labor and delivery staff. Everyone went above and beyond with their quality of care. I wish we could thank them enough.

awful, waited four hours in the ER, only to be rushed & ignored. the doctor obviously wanted to just go home. they even x rayed the wrong area of where i mentioned my pain was. & when i asked the doctor if she could see the area in the xray, she gave me the runaround, saying the area i was describing was “too large”. she gave me a pill for the pain, which i didn’t want to take even though the pain felt as if i was being choked in the neck only because i felt i was being ignored. i took it anyway and it did absolutely nothing, probably because the nurse cut it in half beforehand. the nurse threw my blood pressure reader on the floor & left it there as i was leaving, pretty unsanitary. there was a hair on my bed before i even touched it. they basically said since i wasn’t “emergent” i should go to my primary physician. the nurses at check in was the only good experience of this all. sweet ladies. the free wifi and charging station are the reason for the one star. even the bathroom looked dirty. never coming back, will not recommend to anyone. do not come here if you want to heal, they obviously don’t care about the patients

I want to thank each and every person that I came in contact while I was in the hospital from June 1st to the June 6th. I was on the 5th floor and I've never had The quality of care that I received on that floor! That stuff was extraordinary kind considerate caring I don't have all the words to describe how good it was to be taken care of by that staff I want to thank each and every one of them for everything that they did for me and I mean that from the bottom of my heart! I also want to add any of the support staff that I was dealing with were just as kind and considerate. It had to be the best stay that I've ever had in a hospital if you can say that! Thank you very much for all that you did for me and getting me back to myself and helping me to recover it was such a pleasure to meet each and every one of you and I hope that we see each other someday in life along the way outside of a hospital much love to all of you thank you!

Place runs a scam!!! Brought my son there for stomach pains and come to fined out it wasn’t nothing serious . We were there for 2 hrs and they literally did nothing for an hr just monitored him. Seen the doctor once the whole time we were there. Get a bill for 300$ from the hospital. ok find and dandy my co-pay is 300$ for a ER visit nothing unusual, but then get a 2000$ bill for physician cost!!! Thought to myself some error happened and I’ll call since they are in Network. NOPE Come to find out they said the doctors are billed separately!! They said they have a contract between the doctors and the hospital and my insurance won’t cover it. Wife asked shouldn’t we have been notified when we gave you our insurance card before we made it to the waiting box well it’s probably on the wall somewhere. The last thing we are looking for when we are taking our child to the ER. Place is a joke should have just took him to urgent car and saved my self 1970$ with better care!

My husband had an MRI today. The staff members, Da'Nisea & Murtada, were cheerful & professional at 0630. He even had his choice of music. Two thumbs up.

Thank you goes out to Christina, who was working that day , and listened to my concerns about sitting in waiting room so long, I feel she helped get me in , the Dr. was also very good , Its a very good hospital, ER waiting time was about 6 hours , but all my concerns were addressed.

UPDATE 2023 A nurse was in my surgery suite and she wasn't suppose to be there. And they basically called me a liar and won't look into any further. So she was there and she wasn't suppose to be there and they are covering their themselves. ABSOLUTELY NO ACCOUNTABILITY. P.S most of the nurses are wonderful. I've been treated well this stay and every time I have been admitted to the hospital it has mostly been a positive experience. But it only takes one mistake and I'll be dead. She could have done anything to me during my procedure. I'm hypervigilant now when in the hospital. I'm scared someone will hurt me and it will just be shrugged off. I have a surgery scheduled and im extra nervous now. Will she be there in my suite this time? Did she do something last time? It's pretty miserable not being listened to after you have been abused by someone who was suppose to care for you. 2022 I was treated terribly by some of the nursing staff while hospitalized this summer. I was neglected, verbally abused, and discriminated against. When I asked to speak to the head nurse before discharge she instead sent me a card for patient advocacy. Another nurse made a point to remind me about all the other " good" nurses that treated me. As if that makes up for what I went through. I called patient advocacy to explain the discrimination I experienced but they brushed it off, like they didn't want to deal with it. I got a card in the mail a week later telling me to thank my nurses! Its standard practice but that was the biggest slap in the face. I was deeply traumatized. I will never feel safe in a hospital again. I will never trust medical staff without wondering if they will treat me poorly while I'm vulnerable. I'm so hurt and I'm still struggling with this til this day. It brings me to tears thinking about it. So word of advice... always go to the hospital with someone you trust. Have them stay with you and visit often to help protect you.

Went in for a gi test. ALL staff was great! My main nurse DENISE is exceptional! I mean really she is! Didn't have one bad person!

I delivered my baby on April 19th 2020 and with some of the nursing staff in labor and delivery was rude and they never bothered to change my sheets until I had to get up and use the restroom two days after I had my baby never gave me clean linen or anything it was this one nurse who was just rude for no reason I think her name was Kathryn or Kathy and I will not be back there
