I reluctantly rated this facility with one star due to the lack of a zero-star option. Katie handles incoming calls for those seeking inpatient recovery, and during our initial conversation on Monday, I communicated to Katie that the would be patient's insurance is accepted at Jackson and that they are the only recovery center within a three-state radius that does accept it. I emphasized the urgency of the would be patient's situation, disclosing two recent suicide attempts and severe struggle with alcoholism. Despite this, it took 5 days of daily voicemails to get back in touch with Katie. The person needing treatment is an ex Jackson employee, and went through treatment there as a teenager, prior to employment at Jackson. Because of the previous employment, Katie said their file was "locked." Katie assured me she would unlock the file and return my call promptly. However, despite leaving daily voicemails, it wasn't until Friday that I managed to reach Katie again. After an agonizing week of waiting, Katie bluntly stated that due to the would be patient's employment at the facility over two years earlier, they were ineligible for inpatient treatment. Her demeanor during this exchange was strikingly indifferent and insensitive, especially considering I was noticably distressed. The rejection felt unduly personal, as if the would be patient had wronged Katie directly. The sense of spite was further amplified by their willingness to offer outpatient services but not inpatient care. Katie said her superior's name is Jill. What compounded the cruelty was the prolonged period they made us wait before delivering this devastating news. It's important to restate that Jackson employed the person needing treatment after they were a patient before. This adds to the frustration and confusion surrounding the current refusal to admit them for the inpatient care this person desperately needs. The situation was akin to urgently seeking life-saving assistance at a hospital, only to be denied medical treatment due to the physician's personal dislike for a person.

it's a human trafficking scam working along side DHS, if you want your children taken away from you only based on people's opinions NO FACTS whatsoever proving u were unfit, not caring for, or denying basic care to ur child, only opinions of people so far out of touch from reality, then after u graduate months later when u think ur safe but Rosecrans writes ur county attorney and gets u civil committed in the hospital cuz they say ur not following thru with outpatient work u were apparently ordered to do, Ur nurse lied and made herself look like a hero and got a baby taken from someone (who just given birth to said baby 3days prior, then took baby on the mother's birthday on day 4, then u graduated her and told her to leave, she would of been an awesome mom if given the chance, but y'all wouldnt give her the chance, , Human trafficking is real, DHS first job is to keep family together, they never follow that rule, my rant is over, Going to this place will only make u lose all faith in humanity and make u relapse In the biggest way, is my opinion, if Rose Crance was alive today she's be disappointed in this place with her name on the door

I asked if I could take a drug test and that would be it to get my license when I get there, in fact that was not true even tho I gave them my information over the phone. They like to lie and I was a patient there before and they stopped my appointment outta nowhere

I am unsure yet if I would recommend this place to a person struggling. I know my husband has been there 3 days and it would appear they have a great program and staff. However,I don't know who "Darla" is or who she thinks she is. But I can say that if she is THAT RUDE, and SHORT with someone's wife calling to make sure her husband is stabilized after a situation last night had him "stroke level" I CAN NOT IMAGINE HOW SHE IS TO THE POOR PATIENTS. I sure hope one doesn't ruin it for the overall experience.

I was there for my own reasons about a year ago and holy crud, it sucked. I didn’t really wanna be there but didn’t really get an option. The night staff smelled like they were addicts. You could smell them just by walking by them. You only got about 10 minutes to talk to your family (that is if they called you). The meals were tiny as crud. One of the meals that they served had more salt than the Atlantic Ocean. I was so glad when I got to leave but if I had to go there again I probably will be considered “untreatable”

I was forced to leave due to another woman trying to physically attack me in front of my children and all the other children on the unit, said woman is still there. So in my experience they do not care for your safety, mostly about the money from your insurance. The programming they teach and do is very beneficial if you can focus, there is way to much drama at WCC staff are only there for a paycheck

Not a safe environment for teens in trouble. Absolutely do NOT recommend them.
