Chicago IVF Munster has the most amazing staff! They were caring and very helpful. Any question or concern we ever had was promptly addressed. Lydia is the sweetest and always made me feel comfortable! Thanks to them we now have our little girl.

I went into my appointment anxious and scared, I remember clearly not being able to stop shaking my leg. My husband and I had failed to conceive for seven years and this was my last resort after several fertility clinics. Dr. Brasch walked into the room with a huge warm smile on his face, and he told me everything would be ok. Dr. Brasch is an amazing doctor, father, and just person over all. He changes the lives of thousands of couples daily including mine. He gave me my beautiful daughter who turns two today. If it were not for Chicago IVF and dr. Brasch, I would not have a family. Thank you!!!!

I began going to Chicago IVF in 2013, and while there are a select few nurses and employees that are kind and compassionate, the majority of the people who work here are not and Chicago Ivf as a whole is just a business. At the end of the day, they care about their business, not you. If you want to have a good experience and be successful at conceiving a child, do not go to Chicago Ivf. I completely left after 7 years with them empty handed and broken hearted.

long over due review- my husband & I went to the Orland park location back in Sept 2019 for fertility testing & to just see what was going on because we were trying to get pregnant for over a year at that point without success. The staff was very nice during our appointment but it was after that we had a huge issue with how they handled everything and the scare tactics they use. Our results were delivered through a phone call with a nurse (I don't remember her name) & her delivery/bedside manner was the worst I have ever experienced & that is to put it lightly. We were told that my AMH was low/egg count, measuring that of a 45 year old and I was 32 at the time. But then, she told us that we would NEVER get pregnant naturally & that if we wanted to have a child we needed to be VERY agressive and go get IVF right away. I asked if there were any alternatives or things we could do ourselves before that point. She told us IVF was our only option, and the WAY she spoke to me was so disheartening especially when delivering news like that there should be some type of compassion. There was none. So after that, we took a little break then decided to go to a holistic Dr. He told me the actual reason I wasn't getting pregnant within minutes of being there - my pituitary gland and thyroid were not communicating & with his help, some supplements & figuring out the true issue we got pregnant NATURALLY in 2 weeks!! I am now 26 weeks pregnant & a great pregnancy so far. Get other opinions if you have a situation similar to ours, you can save yourself alot of heartache, money and stress. There are other options! After research as well, you CAN get pregnant with a low egg count clearly I did, but it's about egg health/quality as well. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I wanted to share our story to give hope to others, see a good holistic Dr and ask what your options are, these people prey on desperation. There are other options to seek out before doing these type of treatments.

We had a terrible experience at FCI in Tinley and came to Chicago IVF anxious the same thing would happen. Happy to report it did not happen. This facility is honestly top notch. Everyone communicates well and knows what’s going on. Dr. Schultz actually listens and values your input as a patient. Great experience so far! Come here instead of wasting time at FCI.

I was a patient of Chicago IVF for over 2 years. Although in the beginning I loved all the nurses, doctors, and staff, I felt there was a high turnover rate, and I didn’t feel as though the new doctors / nurses coming in were as compassionate and caring as the ones prior. After 2 years with no success I moved on to another IVF clinic and had a completely different experience. I was treated like family, and it didn’t feel as though they were after my money, which is how I ultimately felt at Chicago IVF. So after I moved on, I still had embryos, and storage fees with Chicago IVF, and I will say Susan Bell in billing was beyond helpful. She turned a bad situation into a good one, and I wish she had been one of the doctors / nurses, because if I was treated the way Susan treated me, I might have stayed with Chicago IVF. Susan Bell, thank you for caring and helping me with my situation.

I have been going to the Munster office and I absolutely love the ladies there! Tasha & Lidia have been so helpful with this whole process and it being my 1st time doing this they have answered all my questions, even the crazy ones! I've never had to wait for medications and they get me in whenever is good with me as to not miss any time from work. These 2 ladies have been added to my support system and to my heart. I will forever be grateful to these 2 ladies! 💜💜 if you need a home office I highly recommend the Munster location!!

I am not sure where to start as all of us woman that have or going through this process has a story. We have heartache, pain, sadness, poke after poke, however the nurses in Orland office made it all seem manageable. The nurses at this location where AMAZING! I had horrible veins, reactions to medicine, loss after loss, but without them smiling, laughing, or just listening I would have never made it to the final round of success. Even after hours they would respond or check in. My miracle girl happened in 2016, after 16 embryos, we finally had the girl I have always dreamed of...mini me. the nurses where just as excited as my husband and I. They truely care and go above and beyond to help anyone woman that sees them. I recommend Chicago IVF Orland to anyone that I ever hear having fertility issues. Let me also say the doctors are very personable and care, as well. THANK YOU FROM ALL OF MY HEART FOR EVERYTHING YOUR STAFF DID TO HELP MY DREAM OF BEING A MOM COME TRUE! FOREVER AND EVER GRATEFUL!

Angela and Courtney are amazing from the valpo location. They definitely make this invitro experience completely comfortable and easy to understand each procedure.They both are truly angels. And I’m not sure what I would do with out them
