This was my first time at Illinois Retna Associates and my experience was wonderful. I was received in a friendly caring manner and seen right at my scheduled time. Dr. Cohen and his staff were attentive and informative about my eye in question and I felt that I was in good hands to get my health issue resolved. They are a busy office and are still able to manage everything beautifully. Highly recommend.

Dr. Cohen has been checking my eyes for progression of a potential problem that may develop with age. Always very kind and personable with complete information about my eye problems. Visits are efficient and staff is well-trained to get patients through the various processes quickly. I'm very sensitive to the eye drops used for dilation and his staff is careful to insert only the necessary amount of drops so my eyes recover normal vision within the day. I have already recommended Dr. Cohen to several friends and a family member.

I moved here from Michigan nearly 2 years ago. Just prior to my leaving Michigan, I suffered a bleed behind my eye. In addition, I have an iris nevus. Dr. Cohen accepted me as a new patient. I have seen 2 times for annual retinal exams to assure my nevus has not changed. He is vey pleasant and the stand are phenomenal. I would recommend to those looking for a retinal specialist.
