Dr. Norris is not interested in treating patients. His too quick assessment, based on too little information, was wrong as confirmed by another urologist. Dr. Norris delegates responsibilities to his PA Sarah Murfey. Sarah Murfey also does not want to take responsibility for the patient. She inserted a catheter in my mother and then had her leave. It is standard care to check if there is flow, before allowing the patient to leave the office. We called later when we discovered there was none. She attempted to place blame on the patient, ("drinking enough fluids?") Then, she said to go to the ER. We did not. The home care nurse who arrived said that the catheter was not in the right place. Sarah Murfey attempted to speak with the home care nurse before the home care nurse could explain the problem to me. Sarah Murfey attempted to cover up her negligence. Stay away from Dr. Norris and his PA Sarah Murfey.

I have seen dr Norris for ten years or longer never had a problem till last visit I started having a problem when I saw him explained everything he told me I could take medication for issues I never was examined just urine test . I had a issue with prescription when I called back the office said he never wrote a script for the medicine I had received from pharmacy. Then I received bill for about 300 dollars I thought it was a mistake when I made my inquiries I was told i was considered a new patient because I haven’t been there in three years and that the state of Illinois requires them to bill me as new , I did fill out updated paper work as new patient but after talking to my other doctors they said that was not state law that they are required to charged me as new patient. I called and complained numerous times and now they it to a collection agency . I will be checking the state law. thank you dr Norris

Dr. Norris is very patient in explaining issues and resolutions. He is kind and very knowledgeable and wants to ensure all of your questions are answered. A top notch physician. The nurses and office staff at UroPartners on Golf Road in Des Plaines are all wonderful too.

Sometime ago I went in for a check of the bladder (EKG). Very interesting testing. Dr. Jeff is great. He also did some work for the wife too.

This is not my physician but unfortunately who I was stuck with on call. He could have not been more annoyed to be bothered on his scheduled call and was berating. I called less than 48hours after surgery to share concerns post-surgery (just like the post-discharge instructions stated) and he could not have been more annoyed with me "bothering" him. Don't understand how this guy has a patient base.
