One of my doctors referred me to Dr. Maxwell and I am so glad he did. She showed concern without frightening me, ran appropriate tests, and ultimately did surgery on me. She kept my husband informed during surgery. We formed a great rapport and I trust her with my medical care. I recently moved out of the area so it will be hard to replace her, but if you need an intelligent and skilled urologist, I’d recommend seeing Dr. Maxwell.

IF I COULD GIVE HER ZERO STARS I WOULD WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A DOCTOR. She will rush you and is over all arrogant and doesn’t give advise to help in a timely fashion. Don’t waste your TIME OR MONEY go to another urologist.

The procedures necessary to perform the kidney stone removal are intimate and embarrassing. Dr Maxwell was as professional and interested removing the 6 mm stone as she is trying to prevent my remaining 3 mm stone from enlarging. I am grateful for her help, concern and skills. Dr. Maxwell, whom I have now had between 10 to 15 face to face interactions, is thorough, patient and personable. She thoroughly explained what she wanted to do to treat my kidney stones, and provided a specific after care plan to reduce the likelihood of redevelopment of future stones. At time of surgery, I had messed up and miscounted the days that I had previously had aspirin. As a result, there was a potential failure to clot issue sprung on her immediately before the anesthesia. She was patient with my error, and able to compensate in order to remove the 6 mm stone. I would unreservedly recommend her to anyone with kidney stones for treatment. Brad Birge'
