Got me into her office after a concerning problem the next day that is BIG! I am going through a difficult time and she is very caring! That is important when you don’t know your future diagnosis and she gave me all the resources to set up.

It's sad that there will never be a positive doctor/patient rapport here. Instead of being viewed as a person, were just a number in a chart, with lots of typed notes to describe us, minus any warmth, eye contact or interest. The office was dirty too.

I had an issue I wanted to get checked out fairly quickly. I called into the center for an appointment, and they were able to give me a same day appointment with Dr. Bennet which was great. Unfortunately, when I got there they were busy. Instead of informing me that Dr. Bennet was an HOUR behind, they let me sit there for 45 minutes! At the 20 minute mark I even asked when the doctor could see me, and I got a simple "oh she is running a bit behind". I had no idea it was an hour, and assumed I'd be called soon. 20 minutes later I asked again, and got the same response. at this time I was livid. I asked for a time frame and was informed of her hour delay, and that it would be another 20 minute wait. When I asked why I wasn't informed of this earlier and why they booked me, if it was that busy, the front desk said "you have to take it up with Dr. Bennet and her nurse". Also they added in that I was booked last minute due to my "urgency". What a ridiculous response. Inform me of the wait before I book an appointment, so I can make an informed decision. I sat there for 45min, the front desk should have also informed me of the situation. If I had known, I would have understood and sought treatment elsewhere. Instead they kept in the dark, and then tried to offset the blame on my urgency. I had a bad experience with Dr. Bennet before. She was cold, and just seemed rushed. Dr. Del Busto and Dr. Axelrod are great, and are the only reason I would ever come back to this practice.

Dr. Bennett is a fabulous OB/GYN physician. I have been a patient of hers for years. She takes her time & listens to her patients. I highly recommend her.
