It's very hard to get in touch with a nurse or Dr. Bachrach via phone or email. Didn't feel any compassion, no ease to my worries, no empathy, and lack of compassion. I felt like I was just another patient on paper that needs to be rushed to schedule next appt and nothing was explained thoroughly. The exam and test results took forever to get back to me. I had to constantly call and request for the results. If anything, she made me feel more anxious and worried about my OAB condition.

One test was a test that can be done in the office and she told me it takes 5 minutes. I asked her if it could be done today since I took a whole day off and waited over an hour and she refused with no explanation. I was the very last patient and I feel that if she had compassion, she would have done the test. I was so worried about what could be wrong. I explained that it is very hard for me to get off work. Her only question for me during the exam, was if I smoked. As a nurse, I know what a thorough assessment should be. I left there so upset. I then went to another urologist and had a wonderful experience and was treated with compassion, a thorough examination and was very pleased. I would think twice about seeing this doctor.

Dr bachrach did a wonderful job with me and the visits I had with her . I would recommend her to everybody informed me of all the steps I needed to take through my procedures.
