My experience with Dr. Patel was over the KHealth app. She was completely unhelpful and rude. I will never give her or Khealth my business again. She has a severe attitude problem and needs to learn some respect.

Very rude and attitude problem! Dosen’t have a courtesy to explain the medication. I am hard of hearing and I told her to pull down the mask so that I could understand what she was saying. Instead she replied “ I DON’T WANT TO GET SICK”. What kind of a Doctor refuses to acknowledge the patient. The patient cones first. Do not go to her.

Came into the office for a walk in apt after antibiotics failed to treat my strep throat. Dr. Patel wrote down wrong info about previous meds bc she assumed I was wrong. She didn't explain the meds she prescribed me, nor my treatment plan. She ran a strep test right after I finished antibiotics so obv it got a false negative. She had a bad attitude the whole time. I asked about insurance & she said I practice medicine, not insurance. Now I'm home w a fever & strep again.

Horrible doctor. She is the reason people stop going to doctors. Young and inexperienced. She had to talk to 4 other doctors about my condition. She misdiagnosed me originally. Do not see her.
