Angie and our caregiver Karen are the best. They both listen and totally get it. It has been very tough taking both my parents to various doctor appointments which I have been doing the last few years. After talking with Angie she hooked up my folks with a caregiver Karen who is a perfect fit to assist with appointments other errands and other simple duties that are now difficult for my parents to tackle. My brother suffered a traumatic brain injury and required additional care while in a nursing home and eventually moving back into his apartment. Living out of state and being my brothers only family the nursing home put me in touch with LivHome for much needed additional support. My experience with LIvHome has been exceptional. In large part because of Randi Israel the care manage who has overseen my brothers case. Randi has been a professional humane and informed advocate for my brother these past months. Randi has helped and advised on a full range of issues and circumstances all of which were not only new for me but frankly overwhelming. I will continue to use LivHome to help with my brothers needs. I highly recommend LivHome and in particular Randi Israel.
