Very professional and thorough

Honestly, save your time. Went in had to wait an hour and half only to be told they don't have the proper equipment. When I made the appointment, they stated they would be able to help.

I was able to get an appointment within a reasonable amount of time. The doctor and PA gave me their time and expertise and my appointment went smoothly and efficiently. I highly recommend SkinMD. LLC.

Absolute incompetence! I had an appointment booked for today at 6pm. I received an appointment confirmation email stating the office looks forward to seeing me at 6pm today. I get to the office fifteen minutes early and they are CLOSED! What kind of a business does this? What a waste of time and how can you expect your patients to trust you? As a former patient of the great Dr. Lasser, this never happened when he was around. Stay away from this place.

Dr.Sergeyenko is very thorough and genuinely cares. His whole staff, front desk, PA are all excellent.

Please be aware of the negligent conduct of this company. By posting this, I hope to encourage pause from others seeking services from SkinMD. My wife went to SkinMD to have an abrasion on her knee looked at. After over two weeks, my wife received a call from an individual employed by SkinMD. After not identifying who she was or the reason for her call she stated 'so it looks like you have cancer'. My wife was shocked and confused by this statement as any reasonable person would be. She asked this individual to explain further but she couldn't, instead proceeding to mumble through the 'report'. Finally, my wife asked to be immediately contacted by the medical professional who she consulted with during her visit. After hours of confusion, worry, and fear the doctor called back. Unfortunately, Artem Sergeyenko was unapologetic and simply said she used the wrong words as if 'cancer' was not concerning. He then followed up saying they've had 'issues' with the front desk and are working on them with her. Perhaps any reasonable person would find concern with having their non medically trained staff give lab results to a patient, however, SkinMD and Artem were not concerned. The lack of care causes me to write this review. Further, my wife asked for a detailed report of the lab results since trust was at this point lost with SkinMD and we needed to now go to another provider to have follow up work done. Instead of getting the detailed report we received an invoice charging for this 'service'. At this point we reached out and spoke to an individual in Operations who shared the same feedback that they have had previous concerns with the staff but showed little remorse for the incident. We implored for a detailed report of the lab results sent to us. Unfortunately, once again we received another invoice with additional charges before finally receiving the lab results. I would caution anyone looking for a trustworthy service to seek an alternative provider due to this experience.

From greeting to exit I was treated exceptionally well. I look forward to my next appointment and will reccomend this practice to my friends and family.

Dr.Sergeyenko is very nice doctor. He explained detail and wrote down what I needed to be cure my skin problems. His nurse is very nice as well.
