I think she is fantastic and so is her office staff! Very professional and my son loves seeing her for his checkups. They navigated me through a lot of insurance red tape until we had resolution with 2 different insurance companies.

Most compassionate Doctor that I've seen and I have seen quite a few. If she retires I will be up a creek trying to find someone else that would even come close. Thanks Dr. Smith for your past and current outstanding bedside manner it is greatly appreciated thanks for the past 12 years and here's to another 10.

Saw her several times and she would come in without looking at your chart and you had to fill her in on your entire history again. Would get confused about what I was in for, what the course of action was since the last visit, etc. Take a minute and reacquaint yourself with the patient. And she would usually be running 30+ mins behind.

Dr smith is the best. When I moved from the suburbs to downtown Atlanta, I chose to drive all the way back up to dr smith and back instead of changing doctors. She is incredibly smart, takes notes right there on the computer herself, calls any other doctor associated with my case right there in the treatment room while I am there, describes my issues and assures I get the first available appointment or consult right there. Who does that?! The office staff are very cordial and makes sure Dr smith is not overbooked and assures you get into the treatment room to see her by your appointment time or damned close to it. Just give yourself plenty of time so that you get there on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you do not get seen that day, period. You will have to make another appointment. This is why you don't have to wait to be seen and she keeps your appointment because patients have to keep theirs!! She's worth it!!
