Listen to my problem. Explained everything so I could understand. Was positive in attitude
I started getting some back pains, called North Shore (McCracken is associated with that hospital system) and they suggested attending McCracken's walks in. I asked about how much it'll cost and I was told my copay. I go to his walk ins, he sees me for 15 mins, and prescribes meds. I get the bill and was charged $250. I know the American medial system is problematic, but $250 for 15 mins is ridiculous. When I told them about the quote I was given, no one helped. So basically North Shore's staff can't give correct information. North Shore, do better. McCracken, quit.
Came in due to heel pain. Dr. McCracken was friendly, informative, answered all of my questions, was clear about treatment options for what appears to be plantar fasciitis starting with physical therapy, and explained what would come next if that does not result in improvements within a specific time frame. Was very clear about follow up so I do not have to wonder what will come next
I saw Dr McCracken at Northshore for my knees and ankles for Sports Medicine. He is EXCELLENT. I highly recommend him. They need to hire more DOs. He is thorough, intelligent, and has common sense to get at the root of a diagnosis and treat it accordingly. In addition he has a nice attitude and is very gentle.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
