I Tried To Get Somebody to Help WithMy Portal Chart.No Help.Nobody Picked Up Their Phone!!Crazy!!!

I began calling Olgesby office on 1/12/22 to talk to a nurse on the availability of anti body for covid 19..I left numerous voice mails as 1/16/22 I have yet to receive a call back!.Its says on your website a.doctors order must be obtained in order to get tested,pretty hard to do when no one returns calls! Maybe it be best close this facility down hire all new staffand start at ground 0health

Not everyone at St. Margaret's deserves this rating. Most are great people and want the best for you. Then there is Dr Robert Morrow who I used to have as my family doctor until I contracted covid. His refusal to give me the treatments I was qualified to receive by the CDC and FDA rules led me to the emergency room twice after I developed pneumonia., which has turned into covid glass lung.I begged him at the onset for these treatments but he refused. He finally gave them to me after 2 emergency room physicians said I needed these treatments.I could go on about other misdiagnosis he has made about issues I have had and I found different specialist at OSF to look at and he completely missed some severe issues.Stay away from this doctor at all cost!

They will kick you out of the line for the rapid Covid test even with a doctor’s order and this particular nurse was quite rude as well. Every other time I’ve dealt with this little facility they were very quick and thorough, nice even but this lady ruined every positive interaction that we did have before this.

how ironic is this.. 2 years ago someone had a bad experience with this hospital and it was said something like what would it look like if smh spring valley combined with ivch because of the care in both of them.. well guess what , they did exactly that.. and weirdly enough doc Bailey was at first going to become a hospitality between the 2 hospitals and then decided he would keep his patients and continue his practice.. since they combined, the former ivch now smh peru has become very confused, some what unprofessional, dirty, longer er waiting, people waiting to be in er out in waiting room with non sick patients.. because peru does not have enough er bays and this will be worse once 2022 comes and the brand new er in tge Valley will close as an er and become a walking or same day visits.. omg, what has happened to my hospital that I grew up in.

Waited over an hour in line for COVID testing only to find out that you need a doctor’s order. Many people did not find this same information out until they waited for a lady with a clipboard to come by and tell them after they waited just as long. She also asked me why I came and stated that “I don’t look sick”. Should have signs about the doctor order requirements or should have at least walked out much sooner to inform us but that would require too much work for her

Whoever planned the setup for the covid testing building is a straight up nimrod. The parking lot is a lawsuit waiting to happen with the long lines and cars blocking the entrance/exit to the main parking lot. Stupid.
