If I could give a -5 review I would. After having sporadic medical insurance due to COVID. Got a new job and got new insurance. This place is listed as a service provider for my health insurance. The Doctor of this office canceled my appointment without seeing me obtaining any info. By asking what my costs where and insisting upon knowing my out of pocket costs before treatment. That made them determine I was not a good fit. They would not tell me my cost before treatment. Told me to call my insurance company which I did. Then called them. They doctors office refused to verify my insurance until I came in for an appointment and refused to tell me what my final cost would be. Then they just found it easier to refuse me service. So apparently a nurse can take care of the public during a pandemic, but the doctor will refuse her medical care to take care of herself. Save yourself, find a different doctor. Cause this medical group don’t care about you.

Very thorough. Excellent diagnostic skills. Explains things in easy-to-understand terms.

It was a good experience overall very kind and caring towards my child today. Even called to check to see how he was doing. I would go back.

My experience with the Royal Palm Beach Medical Group is poor. I have scheduled a routine annual physical and it is true that the Nurse Practitioner sees patients instead of a doctor. I do not feel confident in their ability to medically advise care and treatment. The nurse practitioner was more focused on future follow-up appointments to schedule rather than the concerns of the current visit. I even had a script ordered by Dr. Barry without him even seeing me. This is not safe medical practice.

My wife and I have been going to the practice in Royal Palm Beach Medical Group which has been sold several times over the years now owned by dr. Berry who had a nurse practitioner that was filling in handle his patients very rudely and unprofessional not to mention you can't get an appointment with a real doctor because he is only there for two hours from 3 to 5 on a Friday stay away from this office beware find somewhere else to go and you'll be happy

Does not care. Comes late. Makes you wait for hours. This is terrible place to go when you need help, doctor is not professional.

This doctor is clown in a medical field. He comes hour late and leave sick people waiting in really, really cold rooms for 3 HOURS!!! Nurses are apologetic but useless because - doctor doesn't care. We finally left after 3 and half hours without ever even seeing his face! There is serious luck of professional ethics and integrity here, this doctor should not be practicing medicine (elderly, sick, blind and insulin dependent is rating this visit). No one deserves to be treated so poorly, there is many respectful doctors out there, don't bother with this looser.

I waited almost 50 minutes for an appointment that was scheduled weeks in advance. When I asked how much longer it would be, the staff could not say. Rather than wait another 50 minutes, I left. It should be noted that they did not appear to be swamped. This office has no respect for your time.

Dr Berry and his staff went above and beyond to assist me recently. While he is not always on time, this time I needed to see him urgently and he saw me promptly. His staff, especially Gloria , are angels. I appreciate his, and their, efforts

Every time I come to Dr. Adams dairy you are waiting two hours to 2 1/2 hours just to be seen by this doctor. You get schedule to come in at 9 o’clock and the doctor doesn’t come strolling in until 9:40 AM every time that I have been here. I have never seen a place schedule patients knowing the doctor wouldn’t even be in the facility. THE STAFF IS GREAT!!!! I REPEAT THE STAFF IS GREAT!!! The doctor how ever has you waiting 2-2.5 hours just to see him, to have the audacity to give 5 minutes of His time when he comes in the room. He NEEDS TO STOP HAVING HIS POOR STAFF SCHEDULING PATIENTS NEFORE 10am. It makes no sense at all!!!!
