Never received a bill and it was sent to collections - when I tried to call them directly, I couldn't get any information and was sent back to MMC billing, who apparently doesn't deal with their billing at all. You're screwing with people's lives, fix your system.

Worst customer service I have ever encountered. I had surgery at Memorial in March 2018. I was left with a balance for anesthesia. I called to set up a payment plan, and made all payments as scheduled. I over paid my account by $100 in October 2018. I called 4 times and have received 4 different answers each time as to when my refund will be sent. I called on December 4 and spoke with a supervisor and was told my refund check would be cut in December . I called today, January 8, 2019 and spoke to two different people (one a supervisor - allegedly) and was told my refund was "approved" and I would have to wait 60 days to receive it. I over paid in October - I think I have waited the 60 days! I will be calling every week until I have this refund.

If I could give the worst review in history, this would be it! I overpaid my bill in December 2017. After being threatened by being turned into collection. For a bill I was waiting for insurance to pay. I went ahead and paid the entire bill. When the insurance did pay the bill . I had then over paid. 6 months later I am still waiting to be refunded my over payment!!!! I call them weekly to inquire as to the status of this over payment. I am told something different every week, told it takes up to 3 months, told it is in processing, told they mailed it out and told they have no supervisor. All these people do is lie about money they owe!!

Got a bill 2 YEARS after procedure. Ridiculous. Billing staff was also rude and unhelpful when trying to figure out why they waited so long to bill me.

Worst customer service people and how they do business is so unprofessional. They are so unorganized and just plain rude. I wish mmc would use another billing company 3rd time dealing with this company and have had it. Would have gave less than 1 but couldn’t unfortunately should be -5
