He listens instead of assuming. He's attentive. He's thorough. He's knowledgeable. Takes the time to build an understanding of and relationship with his patients. Usually takes me a few weeks to get in to see him because he's booked, but there's a very good reason for that. Can't recommend him enough, and I wouldn't want anyone else.

Our family loves Dr. Gleason and his staff. He is very caring and explains things in the simplist of terms. He follows up and makes you feel that as his patient you mean something to him.

Dr. Gleason sets the standard to which other family physicians should aspire. His demeanor is somewhat stilted. But, you can't fault the time, attention and level of care that he gives to every patient.
