Dr Jeong is a very kind dr. He’s very thorough and takes his time explaining everything and makes sure you understand. When the appointment was over the nurse (who is also very nice) brought me in paperwork which had a sheet of all we talked about me doing for my problem. I left feeling like I was just cared for by one of the nicest, thorough drs and that I was important to help.

Dr. Jeong is wonderful. He is aware of many treatments available for my condition and educated me on them and how to obtain them. There is no place in Springfield where I can go for the treatment, so he made recommendations and referrals for me. Finally some hope to ending this chronic knee pain !!

Nice staff. Beautiful facility. Caring nurses. This dr. Is not a gentleman. Rude and disrespectful. Will never see him again or recommend. Doesn't even pretend to care about a patients feelings. Has no problem insulting you and laughing at you when he makes medical references from textbooks not real patient experience. Sad really.
