Very arrogant, inconsiderate, and money hungry. Had a 0900 appointment and was walking out 0910. I wish he was hit at the base of the neck with a baseball bat and smacked on each side of the lower spine with a sledge hammer and told 4 weeks of physical therapy with 1 of 2 offices he trusts (kickbacks because 1 of them came from his staff) would fix it…after 17 years of military service and copious back injuries. I didn’t present surgical issues and was disregarded. Worthless doctor for those seeking help.

Amanda at check in was really nice. I got in for my appointment right at scheduled time. Dr. Western and his staff are all kind and Answar any questions. Was out and on my way to work in a timely manner.
