Worse Doctor I have ever seen. Dr. Ellison is the rudest and most heartless doctor I have ever met. The ONLY time I saw him I was in tears because of the pain I was in and he told me "there's no way it hurts that bad". I never saw him again after that, I would only see his NP's. I only stayed there because his NPs were amazing, mainly Becky. Becky left and I wish I would have left with her. He decided to drop me because I missed 5 appts (that I tried to call the day of to tell them I wouldn't be able to make it but it was too late in the day and they wouldn't accept me calling in). Ohh and those 5 apts missed were over like an 6 year period. If you are considering having Dr. Ellison as your doctor, please reconsider! I wouldn't let this man even care for my nephews pet rock....

Good Dr when you get to see him. He never has openings and nurse nurse practitioners cancel alot so why bother.

I'm a 53 year old women with a host of different health problems I have to live with & let me just say, I now have a positive outlook on my life. Dr. Ellison gets an A+ & 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ stars & one grateful patient. Thanks Dr.Ellison!!

This Doctor declared my brother competent to make his own decisions in early June. This enabled him to be released from a nursing facility on June 21. By June 25 he was in the hospital having been picked up by the police for wandering the streets. He had lost his clothes, his medication and any money he may have had. He did not have a clue how he ended up homeless on the streets of Springfield.

I trust Dr. Ellison, he's complete and doesn't rush through an appointment. He actually listens.

There were times I'd visit him he didn't listen to my heart. When Id tell him what was wrong with me or where I was hurting he would just send me to a specialist. He's nice but wasn't a very good doctor. His nurse was really rude and mean to me. I didnt like this practice office

Dr. Ellison was GREAT! He was friendly, funny, professional and very detailed. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a doctor in the area. His staff was very friendly also. My appointment was right on time.

I switched doctors because my other doctor had me waiting 2-4 hours to be seen. I had diabetic issues that I no longer felt comfortable discussing with my other doctor. Dr. Ellison seen me immediately, took me as a new patient. He gave me choices about my care and meds. He has a great bedside manner. He is truly concerned about his patients. I don't know if he does hospital visits, and I also don't know about about getting ahold of him after hours. Dr. Ellisons office is in the urgent care on Dirksen prky. You have to ask because there is no sign or advertising that there is actually medical Doctors IN that facility.
