Dr. Eden was nice and treated me OK during my appointments. However, the communication is very poor. I had to wait over a month for my results because they “had been trying to reach me and were unable to” even though they had other ways of reaching me. A nurse read me my results but gave me very broad information and ZERO explanation of what that meant and what that looks like for me moving forward. I had to figure this all out on my own and that’s disappointing to be honest. Unfortunately, I will not be back but I hope that they work on this because that was truly disappointing.

I was randomly assigned Dr Eden for my first pregnancy this past year and I’m glad I was. He was very personable and made my experience very easy. Thanks so much!!!

Dr.Eden is a great Obgyn I could not see him in Jacksonville into September 16 and I was having a problem and he worked me into his office in springfield on Monday September the 9th he is a good Doctor and caring person he has answered my question for me and explained to me what is going on and what he was going to do.MendyBaptist

Placed my IUD incorrectly and it was an overall awful experience getting it placed. Had to get it removed after it shifted because it was placed incorrectly, worst pain of my life to date, will not return.

I consider myself lucky to be his patient because my previous gynecologist was plain bad. I'm going through perimenopause, and he is knowledgeable, professional, and, above all, his treatments are effective.

Dr eden said he accepted Medicare patients but made me sign a paper saying that I would pay what Medicare didn't pay then he coded the insurance so Medicare wouldn't pay and when I called Medicare and the Springfield clinic they both just kept saying you signed a paper saying you would pay! Needless to say I am no longer a patient of the Springfield clinic or dr eden!

he doesn't even ask your consent or tell you that he will be performing a painful procedure. I won't be back!

His partners Tamie, Putman, whoever are all just about themselves and walk in when you have your legs open. Don't even knock. He forgets to do the Doppler and he doesn't listen to you and thinks all in his head and never listens to you. He's really just there for the paycheck. And his wife looks like she could eat him.
