William Yang's Online Review Report Card

I had a horrible experience with Dr. Yang yesterday. He asked me why I was there and didn't seem to know anything about me. He didn't ask me any medical questions or medications. He spent very little time looking at my eyes and then proceeded to tell me I have dry eyes. I then asked him if he could recommend what I should be using but he just said whaterver. I asked him about eye drops while wearing my contacts and he didn't even know that I had hard contacts and that I cannot use just any eye drops.

First time at this clinic & I wont go back. Waited 3 hours to see Dr. Not one person said they were running behind or offered to have me come back instead of waiting. When he finally showed up, he barely spent any time, nor did he act like he cared.

Not good . Saw Dr . Yang and he spent little time with me . He asked what he could do for me ? So i told him everything that I just told the assistant that was in the notes he had and what was in my referral from All About Eyes . It appeared he did not look at any of it before hand . He just kind of smiled and looked amused . I was not getting social cues he was laying down . They were not socially appropriate. Like he found what I had going on amusing or that i was silly ? I finally said “what “? when he was smiling/chuckling . He was very quick with his examination and said he had to send me along to a neuro-optamologist . When I asked about the referral process he said he thought he just sent the notes along and they would contact me but said he didn’t know. He then asked if I had any questions repeatedly . But when I asked a question , he wouldn’t really answer me and then would ask if I had any questions again . I never had my eyes dilated before and I was not given any glasses or told how the process would wear off etc. It was a very bizarre experience . I would not recommend them .

Saw Dr Yang - He was the one to do my surgery - however not very concerned when my eyes were not responding. Just a comment he said that bothered me "I know people that drive with one eye"

I’ve been seeing Dr. Yang for several years and the past couple of appointments, I’ve felt like he just wants to get me in and out. He makes little to no effort to investigate the issues of my eye concerns. I will be seeking care elsewhere.

Dr. Yang was the only MD in last Friday so the clinic was extremely busy. Thus, explaining the lower rating on promptness as it would be expected. A receptionist kindly notified the patients in the waiting area. ð???

I saw Dr. Yang for an emergency eye injury when my optometrist was unavailable. He acted almost like he didn't really think I was experiencing pain, and sent me away saying I just had a scratch on my eye. No further explanation. He was polite, just didn't seem engaged at all. Several days later, after no change in my condition, still experiencing irritation and pain, I went back to my optometrist who found the foreign body that had been in my eye the entire time.

Dr Yang is awesome! Has a wonderful personality and bedside manner. He also really knows his stuff. He is one of the few doctors that I know went to Medical School because he wants to help people. He's a phenomenal surgeon and an even better person. I trust him implicitly and have sent all of my family members to him.

Dr. Yang was very condescending and cocky. He acted like he was not the least bit interested in helping me. He made me feel like he had better things to do than check out my eye problem. If this practice wants me to see him again, I will refuse.
