I was utterly terrified and confused when I found out I needed an ablation for my atrial flutter. Dr Issa and his nurses (thank You JulieB!!) carefully explained and managed this issue for me and I’ve never felt better!

Fantastic. He did ablations when my other Dr was promoted and unavailable. Before I saw him, he had versed himself very well on my (as all my doctors put it) difficult heart conditions. He is very good at explaining and has a sense of humor that put me at ease. I would recommend him as one of the best Electrophysiologists.

He is an outstanding Cardio Physician. I was made to feel very relaxed and comfortable before during and after the Electrophysiology Procedure. I had wonderful care from all staff at St. John's Hospital. Dr. Issa and the staff were very professional. I would highly recommend Dr. Issa and his staff to anyone with a cardio problem no matter the extent.

Dr. Issa performed heart ablation surgery on my dad. My father could never eat or drink orally again and was put permanently on oxygen. No explanation why. Tried to tell us he had a stroke, but ct scans and autopsy 9 mos later were negative. Chronological surgical records were missing a lot of info. Someone made a mistake and they covered it up.

Had to wait a bit to see him but his staff explained that they had a work-in emergency and I appreciated them letting me know. He listened to all of my symptoms and has ordered some tests. I went to see another rhythm specialist in town and he wasn't very helpful but Dr. Issa really seems to care.

Great doctor! Was able to monitor me remotely through an iPhone EKG application which was really cool! Needed an ablation which fixed my a-fib. Able to call the Prairie access number and get a same day appoinment!
