List of Dupage Medical Group's Reviews
You dont list the clinic hours since youre now duly Health. Rediculous
My husband and I have been patients with this group since1988. 33 years. The doctors and nurses are wonderful. We were both patients of Dr Curtis until he retired and are now with Dr Link and Rivera. We have always felt the drs listen to us and are caring. Absolutely no complaints with them or their nursesBUT... recently since all the mergers it is absolutely IM POSSIBLE to get through to the office . Today my husband was on hold for 58 minutes before talking to someone way offshore that was barely understandable. Last week I had to wait 47 minutes. This is unacceptable. For both of us this was after we tried to renew a prescription and the pharmacy waited more than a week for doctors approval. We both had also sent a message via my chart. It pretty sad after being such long time patients to receive such horrible service. I really dont want to leave good doctors and am hoping they correct these issues soon.
Sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes to get a stupid covid test so I can have a surgery on Friday Utterly ridiculous and unacceptable
I’ve been seeing Dr. Rivera for a couple of months now. He has taken so much time to go over my concerns has been creative and thoughtful with his care and has a kind personality He is very knowledgeable and not afraid of a challenge. I am so very happy to have him as part of my medical team. The office staff and nurses are also lovely
I took my granddaughter here for an appoointment with Dr. Riviera. We waited in the examining room for almost ONE HOUR before the doctor arrived. He seemed pleasant and competent but there is no excuse for waiting this long. They need to review their scheduling practices
I see my last review was taken down. I used to love this doctors office was with them for about 2 years. However if you have something odd going on like my family was being poisoned in our home from carbon monoxide these guys missed it two and a half months my family continue to be poisoned because they couldnt help me figure it out.... We continue with ongoing issues a year later all because it was easier to say I was crazy than do their job.
I have used many of the doctors here they are all very good and I havent had any issues with rude staff they have been helpful. I am only giving 4 stars because I have to call multiple times to get them to order a prescription refill at my pharmacy.
I’m going to be completely honest and say I only come here out of my way for my doctor. Dr. Michael Rivera he is truly amazing and tends to every health concern or issue I have ever had. If he ever left this place and moved elsewhere I’d travel out to a further town to be seen by him. I’ve been seen by the other doctors here as well but none could compare. Let me say they’re not bad either I just don’t feel the same level of comfort. The medical field has changed A LOT over the years and most doctors DO NOT care. I have NEVER had any bad experience with him. I have been seeing Mr. Rivera since I was 16 years old and I am 23 now. I seriously don’t believe that man ever has a bad day. If he has I couldn’t ever tell because he treats me well with respect provides me with dignity and care each visit. I also want to take the time to give credit to a woman who’s I want to say a phlebotomist? I forgot her name unfortunately but will update my review with her name once I find out. She is Caucasian wears glasses short hair about 53 and a very warming smile. She also happens to be very tending and caring of her patients. She takes the time to talk to you and feel welcomed rather than grabbing blood and sending you on your way like an average blood bank. As far as anyone being rude I only had one encounterment by a woman I believe her name was Barbra? Maybe she just had a bad day and hopefully she worked on it by the time any new patients come in.
Ive been coming here for a few years now and Ive always had great experiences with the office staff and with Dr. Rivera. I wanted to leave a review after my visit today because I had an unusually bad experience. I saw Dr. Link for the first time as he was available to see me short notice on a Saturday which I do appreciate but he was extremely impatient and borderline rude heavily implying that I became sick of my own accord and was wasting his time. After spending the entire night heavily congested and unable to sleep or breathe properly to be treated as a burden by a physician who left the office as quickly as he could apparently busy with more important issues was overwhelming. I hope he will consider being a bit kinder to his patients considering the field he has chosen.
Wonderful experience with the staff and doctors here

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
