The DOI received a letter from Dr. Venugopal that falsified my statements given to the government. I have all the proof in the emails I saved from the owner of the treatment center and a care manager. She “quoted” me and blamed me for things I never Said or did, this is a legal issue at this point for defamation of character to the government. Do not trust her words.

All about money...not the patient. She created more trauma without investigating the patient. When you are in mental health and dealing with real human beings who are shattered and suffering, stopping their treatment half way through is unethical. Dr. Venugopal is exactly that.

I saw Dr. Venugopal for years and I found her to be one of the best psychiatrists I've ever seen. She's very kind and always listened to me.

I have been a patient of Dr. V's for years now. She has been a huge part of my recovery/ treatment from depression and anxiety. She is careful, consistent, and wonderful. She has been a great physiatrist for me when during times I've been stable and managing my symptoms and doing great, and times when my symptoms have gotten worse and I needed immediate and powerful help. Reader, please take all reviews with a grain of salt: not every doctor is perfect for every patient, and with mental illness, it can be difficult to evaluate objectively.

Dr. Venugopal is the worst psychiatrist ever, she told me I need someone to call me out on my bs , very unprofessional and rude , and invasive. She gets distracted about what I’m actually there for and starts talking about other stuff and calling in her stupid nurses to drug test me. Never go to this psychiatrist she will make you feel like trash , I hope she gets fired

I would wait for incredibly long periods of time and she was late to every appointment but one that I had with her. Horrible logic behind prescriptions, and kept prescribing me medications that I informed her would make me sick, yet insisted they were the right choice. Worst psychiatrist I have ever been to.

She holds me accountable, listens and remembers things even if I haven't seen her in a long time. She is always available in emergencies. Her staff is very kind. She is usually behind schedule and I have to wait an extra 20-30 minutes for my appointment.

Dr. V has given me back a part of my life I never thought could exist again. She is very honest and caring at the same time. I felt comfortable and confident with her from the 1st appointment. Dr. V is very dedicated to her patients and truly cares and wants the best for them. Dr. V goes above and beyond in many situations. Dr. V is what you want in a doctor, especially a psychiatrist. Dr. V has done so much for me and my family. She is just awesome!!!!
