Linden Oaks Medical Group - St. Charles's Online Review Report Card

I am really thankful for Dr. Leveille!  She is very personable, sympathetic, and understanding.  She is a pleasure to talk to.  She helped me adjust my medications until I was stable and felt much better.  I have recommended her to family and friends.

Ridiculous process. Caused more harm than good. I will never trust this place again for care. Not sure why it was recommended. Don’t bother replying- I will be contacting someone about this terrible experience.

Great place, excellent and supportive staff

My P.A.was fantastic.She heard me out adjusted my meds.But the front desk is just very hard to get thru to reach anti e.I have been calling to cancel an aoot.Its 100 on a Tuesday no one amswers.No voicemail,No Answering machine.Is this a business?I've called back 5x.each time I hit a certain number of rings and it disconnets.Not the first time either.

I was actually more than a little disappointed here. Without too much detail, I called linden oaks hospital for a pretty serious mental health issue for a loved one. I knew that at very least a partial hospitalization program was needed. I asked for the soonest appt time. They said the St Charles office had an appt available and they have outpatient therapy, PHP, IOP, etc. I was happy, quick appt and close to home with all services. Got there filled out paper work/insurance and was taken back with my loved one. This was the biggest waste of 90 min in my life and caused quite a bit of added stress. The counselor (older female) seemed disinterested and almost annoyed?  Many times saying "we always start at the lowest possible level of care."  Ummm, ok that's great but this situation was very serious and we knew this was beyond a counseling session twice a month. That's why I called a hospital??!!  Anyway, at the end of the 90 min I was given a print out of 3 counselors names in the area with instructions to "call one and make an appt".  Ok, first as I stated earlier she had her mind made up from the first second we walked in that no matter what was said the outcome would be a counselor. Why did i take off work, tell my loved one they would be getting some help today for names of 3 random psychologists in st Charles?  I could have done the same thing with reviews on yelp and it would take me 5 min. I would NOT recommend this office to anyone who needs help.  It's really hard when there's a psychiatric crisis and the person you are completely relying on to help just seems disinterested and going through the motions. More than that, to put us in a box that every single person needs to start out w counseling before going to something more intensive is bs and untrue. Many peopleEnd up in PHP or inpatient without having any previous counseling or therapy. This bothers me so much since people many times are desperate when they come to a place like this, and need some help and understanding not cookie cutter answers and indifference.

Janette Leveille is the best doctor I have ever been to. I suffer from bipolar, depression and anxiety. She is the only doctor that has been able to help me get this under control. I would absolutely recommend Linden Oaks Medical Group. They are very patient and give tons of information. Janette is a PA but she is still able to do everything that someone with the psychiatrist can do. I would not want to see anyone else, I trust her with everything.
