I am adding an update because 18 months after treatment, I have not had to go into urgent care for antibiotics for every cut. I had infection running through my body. Other doctors are beholden to insurance and I paid 20% of an expensive test because it is “covered”. It is a lot of money but I sumbitted myself under out of network and it was a lot of work following up with phone calls. Having been in insurance they have whole departments that are for denying claims and they are rewarded for how much they save the company. Persistence works. I still come in for b12. I am deficient ans have the non iron anemia but insurance does not test vitamin issues normally and I am happy to say I feel good. They listened and heard me and celebrated with me when I no longer tested as positive for autoimmune and elevated igm (active infection). After 2 years of bouncing among specialists and 5 years of random infections and being told I should just permanently stay on antibiotics since that reduces symptoms (for my false positive even though I had symptoms), I am feeling well. Not dying is not the same as living. Casual family practice and relaxed atmosphere with credentialed experts

I'm so glad I found LaCava Ctr. They helped me get my health back after trying numerous other doctors and services. They diagnosed correctly and implented a treatment plan to grt me back to superior health.

I rarely go out of my way to write reviews, but I have to in this case because it's been one thing after another. I was at the Lacava institute several months ago to do 2 months of treatments. $30,000 spent in the last 2 years of visiting several times. I got very ill even more so a month into the daily antibiotics. The main nurse after a month then suggests "You're doing too many daily treatments". Im not sure if doing an intense amount of daily antibiotics messed up my gut health or not, but it got to a point where I was bed ridden. It's been several months after, and I feel worse now than before going to the clinic. Also, they should have given me the binders from the the beginning. They forgot to give me the binders until a month after. Then mysteriously, it was just the main nurse working there only. Sija, one of the Dr's - mysteriously gone. Also Gigi, the other nurse, gone. So we me and several other patients asked where the Dr/Nurse went, we didn't get an answer from Susanne. (Main nurse- She responded with "they're out and about" or something like that. When we pay $30K for services, we need to know if there is a doctor is legally present while medical work is being done to us. It was just a nurse running the facility for several weeks on her own. I wasn't going to write a review for all this, until the last few weeks -Because I stopped treatments early because of how bad I was feeling. They said they would credit me for all the other sessions I pre-paid for. Im out of the country now and they still haven't refunded me for my pre-paid sessions. I left an email yesterday again, no response. I called today, and Stephanie told me they "would get back to me today". No call back. I am very very upset. Not only was it unprofessional, with lies and also a waste of $30K, but they won't refund me my remaining pre-paid sessions. It's been several months now and I still haven't got any update. I am very very upset. Furthermore, my friend who I brought there as well who spent several thousand as well - They kept implying he already had Lyme even before he got the results back. He didn't have Lyme. Very bizzaree. He is quite unhappy as well.

These folks are fast, friendly, efficient, and professional. I was COVID negative!!

Im sad and angry about this place. I cannot speak to other services but the "Lyme" services they offered were not helpful, pretty harmful, and horrifically expensive. They seem to be doing a cash grab on folks who are desperate As you can see from other negative reviews. Not a couple thousand but tens of thousands for unsubstantiated treatment. After speaking to the doctors who treated me after and with research of IPT therapy, it appears to be a nasty treatment that's not empirically validated nowhere, especially in Ilads or other Lyme docs

Sadly, this place was dangerous, expensive and disappointing. The lovely Nurse was the only part worth a star and she left. Billing was a disaster. Trying to recuperate from blue cross was a fruitless fight cause of the paperwork they provide.

I have been to several doctors looking for a team that would be able to support me in a wholistic way for weight loss and overall physical health. The La Cava Center offers excellence in every way- from the welcome received at reception, to the thorough assessment of what is going on in the body as a whole, to nutritional advisement and support, and the whole team coming alongside you to help you reach your goals. I have made great progress and I have great confidence there are many more celebrations to come!

I am very appreciative of the LaCava Center. They are giving me treatment and info that is helping me beat cancer. The staff is very caring and supportive. I feel "safe" and cared for when I am there. I am going into my 3rd year of treatment and all is going well! I highly recommend them for anyone seeking Integrative treatment. They offered me HOPE from the first visit!
