No visit since the 2020 pandemic, Pt has called to make in person visit, however was told she could not be seen until Aug. 2022. This patient has not had any face to face contact with the Dr. in 2 yrs. She has some concerns and issues with her health, a phone call was made on 5-25 to speak with the Dr. Grangers nurse Amber, I was sent to the voice mail, however to no avail my phone call was never returned to this date. This is a paying patient who has the very best of insurance that can go anywhere for treatment but choose to stay in her neighborhood and treat with a local physician. However I don't think there is any urgency by the Dr. to find out what is going on with her health. She 91 yrs old, having tingling in her feet, has had no blood test or any test for Cancer thru form of colonoscopy or alternate colonoscopy choices. As a result we made a phone call to Washington U. and got an appt rt away due to her age.
Was seven years ago. After however long the wait was, I got in to a backroom. Guy came in regular clothes. Was a fun chat. I was partially convinced he was just some guy that walked in the back area and was pretending to be a doctor. Especially his comical diagnosis of my problem but he seemed to know how to use their computers and there's no law/rule saying doctors HAVE to dress like doctors or like they're going to any kind of work (I think I remember him wearing sandals). Before getting to the back, I was so bored from the wait but the chat with the doctor made my day. He completely misdiagnosed me, and so did the next doctor I went to (different place). I think the third one I saw was at an ER. I told all 3 doctors the same problems and my self-diagnosis, yet only the third saw that I was right (though he insisted on using medical terms when referring to it). Sent me to a fourth doctor (specialist) whom gave me medication and instructions that eventually solved my problem.
It was pleasant and he took his time and explained everything even aftercare. I was nervous but he made sure I knew the risk and allowed me and my family the time to discuss all the options
This is a complaint in East St. Louis that occurred after discharge from a healthcare facility that would not provide a discharge plan. Dr. Granger did not do a thorough evaluation to treat disabled patient which resulted in a major and advanced condition a week later? Now permanent irreversible damages. Failure in providing proper medication, and attention to a regular patient with a obvious health change! Not helpful with communications, and supplying appropriate home health care serv

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
