They are impossible to reach via email or telephone. I have sent numerous emails and made multiple phone calls and left voicemails. I noticed that they do not give you accurate statements and do not deduct patients payments from the account balance.I am just trying to receive accurate information in order to make accurate payments. Patients need certain documents in order to submit to insurance and to a FSA account.The office claims they can not view a patients account but receive payments. Where has the money gone? I have the receipts but the payments are not reflected on the bills that are sent.

Beware make certain that they actually treat the condition you are seeing them for even if its on their website. I made an appointment with a specific doctor that was in my network and provided all the information about my diagnosed condition when I made the appointment twice and when I arrived. They saw me performed an ultrasound and then had me meet with a completely different doctor only to tell me they dont treat the vascular condition that I scheduled the appointment for. Im now being billed out of network charges for everything. I was desperate for a second opinion on my diagnosed and was taken advantage of especially because I provided my diagnosis 4 times times before even being seen by a doctor. Extremely disappointing and I dont want this to happen to anyone else. BEWARE.

When I was looking for a place to see about my legs.I got to admit I was very nervous about going to a new place for my veins surgery.But once I walked in they made you feel at ease.Very helpfulCaring staff and I have so much confident getting my legs taken care of.I would recommend Dr.Fan and the rest of the staff is awesome.Im so excited to get my legs feeling good again.Thank you.
