I happened upon this convenient care today and my experience was EXCELLENT!!!! I did not have an appointment and Carissa was very professional, kind, patient, and thorough. She was so reassuring. Marnecia took my vitals. She too was very professional, kind, and provided excellent care. My NP was Crista. She explained the plan of care, listened to my concerns, did a thorough examination. I was so impressed by the staff. Everyone listed was EXCELLENT! Hopefully I will not need care in the future, but if so, I would definitely go back and HIGHLY recommend this convenient care.

This is definitely one of the best quick cares in town. If you’re in need of care urgent go here. They get you back really quickly. The NPs are very attentive and helpful. The front desk lady is also very sweet. You can also make an appointment online prior to going or just walk in. They’re able to call in prescriptions if need be and best thing is everything will be in your MyChart because it’s BJC. I’m not just talking, since Covid I’ve literally been to several quick cares in our town and this is the best one. My husband even agreed and he hates all hospitals and quick cares.

Best convenient care/ urgent care experience I have ever had. I saw Dr Jamous in the clinic and had great service from start to finish. The clinic was busy but the staff put me right in a room and started testing. I had results and a diagnosis quick. She even followed up with me the next day to see how I was doing!

Convenient Care is a joke. Since when do you need an appointment for urgent care? And my baby is sick. Super frustrating.

Staff was polite, however i booked an appointment online to find out they didnt have one (computer glitch) Also, the site says they do xrays (the actual site not google) Upon arrival, they informed me the do not have the equipment. Very misleading to advertise services you dont offer.

Complete bedlam. Incompetent staff. If you need a PCR test go literally anywhere else, because you will wait hours here in their tiny parking lot, which is far too small for the volume they are trying to squeeze in, with no guarantee of actually being seen. We are 2 years into this pandemic... with efficiency like this, it's no wonder we can't beat it. Chick-fil-A down the street can deal with 10x the volume if a parking lot a 10th of the size, so what's their excuse?
