Terrible customer service. Excessive

They fail to stay on top of what they need to do for patients then act like you inconvenience them when you call to verify. They only communicate via a portal not thru calls and are frustrating to deal with due to their untimelyness. Which in fertility timing is everything.

Their COVID policy can be significantly improved as it is highly inefficient. I understand the need to be cautious but I was there for only a sample drop off. It took 20 minutes, which 15 minutes could have been avoided. I asked to speak to office manager and was told that the office manager was not there and would get in touch with me. It never happened as the lady working the desk had zero intention of having office manager reach out. Worst customer service ever.

After personally being involved in the process, I can sincerely say there no doctors more qualified to handle fertility issues other than Dr. Cooper, Dr. Zimmerman, and their staff. We did our research, Dr.Cooper is a board certified REI, & Dr.Zimmerman holds a high complexity lab director certification. The training and knowledge they have sets them apart from other clinics. Aside from their technical acumen, Dr. Cooper and Dr. Zimmerman are both so friendly and nice. I cant imagine someone asking more questions than myself, and they took the time to answer all of my questions with depth throughout the process. Our success rate was incredible!! We are so thankful to have found the talent and care of the people working in the Swansea Vios office! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I will update after my first appointment but I'm certain my opinion won't change:I was at my wits end yesterday with trying to conceive and feeling desperate so I tried calling the number listed a few times to make an appointment but kept getting voicemail. So, I decided to drive the 25 minutes to the clinic to try and make an appointment there. When I arrived at the counter, the receptionist politely told me that unfortunately, I had to leave a message on the voicemail and the service they used to track intake would call me back and get my information. I was saddened and frustrated already and this news was not great but instead of leaving it at that, the receptionist kindly suggested that maybe she could try calling and she could get me started with some paperwork. She was able to get through to the answering service for me and I was able to fill out a couple of forms to get things rolling before the appointment I was able to make. Im not saying this because I suggest you go to the office to make your appointment to avoid having to leave a voicemail (because If I had known that was necessary I would have just left the voicemail in the first place and stayed at home) but what I am saying is that I am so very impressed with the help I received when I went there, desperate and hurting, and I wasn't turned away when that would have been the easy thing for them to do. Definitely have high hopes for this business already!

Dr. Cooper is full on fantastic! The office is clean and the staff are on time and friendly. If I ever need to send anyone to a fertility specialist I will be sending them to Dr. Cooper's office.
