I’ve been a patient of Dr. Cooper since 2017 and the VIOS team feels more like family now! Since starting with VIOS I’ve felt completely seen, heard, and never treated like just a number or case on the doctor’s desk. Dr. Cooper developed an individualized, innovative protocol and treatment plan that brought our son to us in 2018. We are on our journey for baby #2 now and know we are in the best hands with the entire team at VIOS Fertility!

We just started fertility testing/treatment w/ Vios and Dr. Rhee, but I have been blown away by the whole team and Dr. Rhee. They have been so kind, they explain everything so well and make you feel at ease. If you are exploring your fertility options I would 100% recommend Vios and Dr. Rhee!

Vios has been nothing short of amazing to me. Dr. Purdy is the most compassionate caring Doctor I have ever met in my life. It's like she makes it her personal goal to try to get a successful pregnancy. The staff are the most helpful people you will ever come across (Initial appointment, finance, front desk, US, blood work, you name it, they are great). This is my 3rd IVF clinic I have been to and I am so happy I have made the switch. They really truly care! The front desk staff are very welcoming. The US techs I have had are the nicest around and very informative. The nurses, Margo, Britt, Hailey and all the others have been beyond helpful with anything I have needed. In IVF you tend to call A LOT with questions and concerns, not one point in time has anyone made me feel like a bother. They all go above and beyond and are so accommodating. At Vios I don't just feel like a "number". For the first time in all my time in infertility/IVF I finally feel like I have a chance at a family, and it's literally all thanks to the wonderful people here. If you are thinking about making the switch or going into IVF I can't recommend this place enough! I would give them 100 stars if I could.

I met with dr. Klenov after having a really poor experience at another fertility center which included services of sperm banking and intrauterine procedures of which failed. After research to find help elsewhere, I found Dr. Klenov who took the time to meet with me And establish a new plan of care which had never been presented to me as an option previously and allowed my husband and I to conceive!! Highly intelligent and professional but also realistic about the stressors of this kind of journey! Can't say enough nice things!

I have absolutely loved every single moment as a patient at VIOS. I frequented the Swansea, IL location and all of the staff were so kind and helpful. Going through infertility treatment is a very scary experience but having doctors nurses and other staff who become your cheerleaders makes the experience so much easier to handle! I have already recommended several friends who are seeking fertility services to seek out VIOS. I truthfully wish that they could see me through my entire pregnancy! Graduation day was such a bitter sweet day! I am so thankful for where I am but so sad to leave my amazing team behind!

While patients here we had run into more than one bump in the road with rude employees and miscommunication and files/orders not being followed as necessary. They had replaced several employees by the end of our treatment and were MUCH better with communication and scheduling once their newer employees were trained. We are very thankful for Dr. cooper and the success of our first cycle!

There is not enough acknowledgement of how common fertility issues are - and many times there is no specific reason or cause on either partner as to “why”. We are so thankful for the excellent experience we had with Vios Fertility Institute and Dr. Amber Cooper. It is not an easy (or unemotional) road and their staff (like Stacey Hicks and Lindsey Essenpreis) was always there for us - angels helping make dreams of a family come true.
