I scheduled an appointment online and when I showed up the whole building was closed down with no warning. Multiple others showed up for appointments and as walk ins while I was there trying to call and nothing. I ended up going to another urgent care where I heard that this place has a history of closing down without warning. Save yourself some time and go elsewhere if you can. Edit after reply: With all due respect, I do not accept your apology. Do better by your clients/patients. Even a sign on the door stating you were unexpectedly closed would have been better than arriving to an empty parking lot and receiving no answer on the phone. Went to Well Now Urgent Care for a UTI. I had been to other urgent cares in the past and was unimpressed by their services. I thought I would give them a chance. I needed medical care immediately and sought their services. I was really impressed by the courteous and professional manner of the entire staff. The waiting time was very short compared to most E.R.s I've experienced. The treatment I received went to work right away and 3 days later I feel so much better. Special thanks to NP Michelle S. If you are in need of medical care that can't wait, I highly recommend you go see Well Now Urgent Care at the Swansea, IL. location.

My daughter went for an X-ray on a sprained/possibly broken ankle and was told after X-ray to leave and they would call within 45 min, 5 hours and 3 phone calls later....just a sprain....I'll be getting a copy of that X-ray.

Ms.DeNeya the receptionist at the front desk made my visit a very smooth visit..I already wasn't feeling the best and really didnt wanna be there..She was SOOOO polite, very professional. They need more people like her working in a front office and answering phones..Some places you go, you immediately know from the look and the person attitude that their not so nice or at work and not wanting to be bothered.. This was truly different! No matter how many times the phone rang or how many people continued to come into the office. She stayed very nice and polite at all time. Thank you Ms. Deneya!
