Went for an ear infection. Not quite immediate - waited about an hour - but once I got called back the exam was quick and everyone was friendly. I recommend, just be prepared to wait a little bit.

I was rudely hung up on by the billing department prior to my visit. My insurance provider needed the NPI number and we were on a 3way call with the billing department. The billing employee refused to provide the NPI number and then when requested to speak with a manager, the employee hung up.
