The absolute worst experience with having my first child. Please choose a different office.

Dr. Kale is one of the best. I have been seeing her for over 5 years and she just delivered our second child. We couldn’t be more pleased with her.

Awful, just awful surgical experience with this doctor. Go elsewhere.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Kale, I was pleased to learn she is personable, kind and professional . Made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Thank you for making it a non stressful visit.

I Have been going to Dr. Kale for Many Years!!! Always have had a Great Experience. I was just there last week . She listens and gave me Great medical advise. I have No Complaints on the Front Office Service Girls Are Awesome 🙂 thankyou 💝

Dr kale is so easy to talk to and comforting. Waiting time was minimal and helpful staff. Wish I found dr kale years ago!

So here is the deal and im finding this to be the case everywhere i go so im going to start giving reviews. Dr Kale and her nurse were absolutely great! Great care, great service. Front desk terrible. No eye contact. Short answers. Not personable or pleasant. I took my card out to pay the reply wast short and sharp "dont need it". When i stood there waiting for an explanation she barely looked up to say you may not need to pay we bill insurance first. My reply oh ok thank you. So i refer my daughter and i warn her. I love Dr Kale but her front desk are not pleasant. So needless to say she called yesterday and receeived the short not helpful cold attitude. You guys have to do better. When someone walks in with a smile at the very least return the darn smile. Explain things in a friendly manner. You can keep things short and sweet without coming accross as rude unpleasant and not helpful. We all deal with a lot in our day to day lives. I get it but please do better. As a result my daughter may not get the care from a Doctor i really wanted her to meet.

Don't bring a minor here unless you want a collection under your name. I am now 18 years old looking to apply for a credit card and I cannot because I was filed for a collection under my name at the age of 14 years old. My mother paid for all of my bills under her name. They told my mother they had the right to file the collection under my name when I was 14 years old. That's absolutely wrong and disgusting when my mother paid for all of my bills. No bill was sent no collection agency contacted me until I had to find out myself applying for a credit card. Don't risk taking your child here.

First off, I would like to say that Dr. Kale was not my original OB, and that my original OB was on maternity leave. I unfortunately had a missed miscarriage after my OB was on leave. I was put under the care of Dr. Kale and her team. I spoke with Dr. Kale on the phone once, and she was very direct, telling me that I was having a miscarriage and that I could wait a week or I could schedule a D&C, she only gave me until the next day to decide. Her nurse was very rude and insensitive on the phone. This was my first pregnancy and I was losing it, so understandably I was very emotional. The nurse told me that I would be fine and that I am young and would "bounce back." Definitely not what you want to hear in that moment. When it came time for the D&C Dr. Kale informed me that my baby's heart beat was slow from the beginning, even though I was never told that before. Overall, I will not be going back to that office and will find a different doctor.
