Exceeded expectations

I will never go back to see this doctor again. Dr. Farrell is very unprofessional. Didn’t listen or cared about why I made the appointment. When I asked questions about my health condition he was very unpleasant. I told the doctor that I had a procedure a few days ago and my surgeon asked me to see an ENT to further evaluate and help me take necessary precautions to prevent from getting infection in my lungs again. Instead Dr. Farrell told me to go back and see my primary care physician if I get sick again. I went back and told my surgeon how I was treated by Dr Farrell. My surgeon was very disappointed and then he gave me a reference for another ENT.

Went in to see Dr. Brian Farrell for bad ear pain and fullness. He literally was in and out of the room in less than 3 minutes. I never saw a doctor so rushed and antsy to get finished as he was. He just flew into the room, looked in my ear for a second and said I had minimal fluid behind the eardrum and to just give it time and take flonase. I wanted to ask him more questions about why my jaw and cheekbones have been hurting along with the ear pain but he seemed so agitated and hurried to leave that I completely forgot. I had to pay a copay and feel like I should be refunded. He did nothing and I felt like he did not want to be in the room any longer than necessary. Very poor experience and horrible bedside manner. Never asked if I had any other questions. He was literally trying to walk out of the room before I was even done talking. I do not recommend this ENT at all. Very unhappy. Still have lots of pain too.

Dr. Farrell spent a total of 2 minutes with me. He didn’t ask any questions…didn’t ask me to share any details about my issue. He just ushered me in like cattle and then out. He ended my appointment by telling me there was nothing that could be done, and then taking a phone call while walking away. The worst patient care I have ever experienced. I would never recommend him nor Century Ear, Nose and Throat.

Do not use this doctor or Century Ear, Nose and Throat. Office is like a farm where they heard patients in and quickly out. Dr. Farrell never asked my name, discussed my concerns and spent no more than 2 minutes with me before sending me for a hearing test to see if I need a hearing aid, which had nothing to do with my concerns. And I’ve never been in an exam room where the door is left open for all ...

Visit was rushed, assistant couldn't bother reading the papers I just filled out with info. Dr Farrell asked why I was there. I told him my PCP, who referred me, had faxed over results of MRI a few hours earlier. I actually didn't know what was going on. Possible mass on tongue. Dr Farrell nevervexplained anything at all. Sticking the scope up my nose with the office door open is disgusting. I will discuss with my pcp.

I went to Dr. Farrell yesterday to get wax removed from my ears. Care was provided promptly by this expert. Thank-You

Dr Farrell has taken very good care of me. He clearly explained my treatment options and answered all my questions. The procedures that he performed worked well. He was always friendly and I never felt rushed. His staff was also very nice to me.

Doctor Brian Farrell is a wonderful physician. He is so knowledgeable. When you meet him, you will know that he is his an experienced doctor. He has always taken time to explain everything to me. His treatment plans have always been good and the results have been very positive. I’d say that you can’t go wrong if you choose Dr Farrell.
