I would make it zero stars if I could.
The staff was very helpful, friendly and, efficient.
Would not recommend immediate care. From the moment we walked in - front desk seemed not to want to look up from their screens. Nursing staff (Male nurse) needed a lesson on how to treat patients, especially when swabbing for flu/covid test - as I watched him jabbed my husband 2x in the same nostril- immediately had a gut feeling that was not protocol. When I saw the look of pain on my husband’s face, I knew we would never return. The only positive was the medical doctor, she appeared to be the only person interested in providing satisfactory patient care. Overall the entire process from calling the doctor office to schedule an appointment should be reviewed to support patient care. Needless to say, explained to my husband, he will not go back and transferred to another facility.
Staff members are always professional
TERRIBLE customer service. We checked in and the lady at the desk said nothing about how long we would have to wait nor that some people had appointments and they would take precedence over the rest of us. After sitting there for over an hour, and watching two people with appointments walk past the rest of us, some of us got very annoyed. We asked how long we’d still be waiting and were told to sit down while she found out. She only said that there were two appointments coming in, but she wouldn’t say when (news flash HIPAA doesn’t prevent someone from divulging such simple info). I tried to make an appointment on there app but I guess someone needs to know they’ll need urgent care the day before and plan for an emergency. We left and made an appointment 15 minutes later at physicians immediate care, where the service is always fast and friendly. Stay away from this place, IT SUCKS!!!
They should change the name to nonimmediate care-had an appt at 3:40p. Upon arrival I was told they would see me at 8p maybe!
Unprofessional front desk staff. The immediate care is horrible. If you walk in expect to spend the whole night her.
It was a good experience. I had an appointment and didn't wait long. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Ridiculously aggressive billing. Switched my adult kid's account to paperless billing. I am the person paying and holding the insurance. If I don't receive a bill, I can't pay the bill. But I sure got a collections notice via mail!
My experience with Dr. Tobin and her wonderful staff was excellent. I came into the center because of sore ribs, and I was accommodated very quickly. X-rays were taken, and the staff was most pleasant and helpful. This group should be up for an award, since they are most pleasant and helpful women I have ever met. God bless them each and every day.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
