Wow…whoever answers phones and book’s appointments has absolutely terrible bedside manner. I was calling as a potential new patient trying to set an appointment for my daughter. I was very polite and answered every prompting question asked of me and was met with such a hostile attitude. I felt like I was irritating her just for calling. I’m still in shock as to how unnecessarily aggressive a conversation about making an appointment would be! I was put on hold (told that there was a person ahead of me so “it’ll be a while”) and just hung up. No thank you. Not dealing with that attitude every time my kid needs to see a doctor. Yikes!

Doesn't return phone calls.

Dr. Holly Russell is very unprofessional and does not care what you have to say if you question her about vaccinations she just gets up and walks out of the room on you and doesn't return in my opinion no doctor should just get up and leave in the middle of an appointment. If you have other beliefs on vaccinations or want to delay some they are only one sided when it comes to vaccinations. How can you tell someone a vaccination is not required by law but required if you want to continue care at their facility.

The doctors are good, but the desk staff are very rude human beings. Do not recommend due to the bad atmosphere.

Dr.Russell is an unprofesional doctor who walked out of the room on us and wouldn't come back because we had different opinions of something. She got really mad and said if we didn't want to do things her way we can't go to that practice. She doesn't do what's best for your child or doesn't listen to your concerns just walks right out of the exam room because she doesn't care about a parents concern. Another thing is she is the doctor and never should of just grabbed her laptop and storm out of the room and not come back.

I've been taking my daughter to Dr. Holly Russell since her first checkup a week after she was born. She's now three months old. We've only had a handful of office visits (thankfully!) but I wouldn't want my daughter to be seen by anyone else. Dr. Russell goes above and beyond, and her staff has never been nothing but kind, thoughtful, passionate and genuine. Twice, I have called Dr. Russell in the middle of the night (through the office's dispatch call center) and she promptly calls me back, no matter the issue. Being a first-time mom can be terrifying, especially when your little one is sick, and Dr. Russell has also been understanding and there for us. A wonderful pediatrician. I'd recommend her to anyone. I'd give her six stars if I could!

She has been great with my daughter. Listens and spends time to make sure your health needs are taken care of.

I have been seeing Dr. Russell with our 2 grandchildren for 8 years (since infancy for both). One child is autistic and has also needed surgery so we have been through some more serious scenarios with this physician as well as the "usual" childhood issues. In all my interactions I have never found the office, nursing staff or Dr. Russell to be anything other than professional, kind and helpful. One true test of a physician, in my opinion, is if they treat you as part of the team treating your child, respecting your concerns/thoughts. Dr. Russell, does not bully or shame you when you do not not agree with a suggested treatment plan or prefer to move a little slower, etc. She works with you on alternatives if at all possible. She understands kids and understands parents/parenting. As far as her office, I've never called and not been greeted by a friendly, kind voice and things are handled well and promptly. Rare in this day and age of medicine, that truly makes this office unique, is that you just about always speak to a PERSON or phone calls are returned in a reasonable time, even on the weekend. You do not have to leave 3 voice mails and wait and worry while their temp climbs higher or the vomiting won't stop and then end up in the ER because no one got back to you. These are physician(s) that want to know what is going on.

Awesome at what she does..the kids love her! We definitely are grateful she's their doctor.
