Ingalls Family Care Center's Online Review Report Card

I went at night with an injury to my hand. The security greated me and asked how can he help me. He pointed to the desk area and told me to have a seat in the middle chair. My information was taken right away. I then moved to the chair to my right. Wrist band was given and said have a seat in the waiting area. I was called before I made it to the waiting area. They took x rays of my hand and I was gone. The staff was great.

I have been coming to this urgent care unit for years since I was a teenager. I’m currently 34 and the more I come here the more it upsets me how things are done. I walked in and no one greeted me or told me to come sit down to check me in. I had to ask them how is the process done now. One nurse was on a phone call handling business but the other two were sitting on their phones scrolling and not directing patients. Is this the standards you are okay with? I came in because I was having chest issues. I’ve suffered with bronchitis issues my whole life where it comes and goes. I don’t need a doctor trying to stop me mid sentence trying to explain to me how something works like I don’t know this. Doctors you work for us and you are suppose to listen to us. What I don’t like is when a doctor over talks me and disregards me and how I’m feeling. I’m trying to explain to the lady and she trying to tell me how something works like I didn’t go to school myself and like I’m not educated. Then the doctor pushed me forward in the chair and I asked her not to do that because my chest and body hurts from pain. I normally come at night because the staff is calmer, nicer and have a great personality. The staff of nurses today are not that at all. I could’ve went to the VA hospital and got in and out and had exceptional service but why should I drive far when I am suppose to have Trusted center here to do their job. I’m sorry but ever since the change in this center it has gone under. It does not have the same standard that was held up back then. This is unfortunate because this is my favorite center but now this will be my last resort.

Worst experience ever! Not even in the hood they drag like this these ppl are talking, joking , playing, laughing! Not working at all !!! I have no idea how come nobody it’s checking the cameras and firing these ppl !! This is insane !! Inhumane ! There’s ppl that are in an emergency and this ppl are laughing!!!! No way ! They should get locked up ! Or at least Suspended from their entire career !!! I would have posted videos and pictures but I can’t cus it’s illegal to do that !

If I could give 0 I would! Daughter went in with headache, jawline pain, ear pain, swollen ear, and loss of hearing. A LPN Looked at my daughter’s tooth and seen what she says was a cavity causing pain in ear. Advised I would like a X-ray due to tooth not hurting. Doctor insists it’s dental! My daughter can not hear, her ear is swollen and has pain in ear! Also advised strep throat was in house and flu. Well went to dentist today and they state it’s nothing dental! Why didn’t doc give X-ray when asked? She was very condescending when asked to have X-ray! She states she knows because she does this all day” Well she obviously is wrong! With all the symptoms and had been advised of strep and flu in house you think some common sense would apply here! To check for strep or flu? Cathy, Jessica’s head of Nursing assistant was very rude to the fact that Jessica had to take call. Not to mention security Guard yesterday yelling at a lady named Jewely for asking where to sit! The security guard was standing and yelling. It made us very uncomfortable! If patient seeing this I’m sorry you went through that being sick! Update!! Went to Ugent care and daughter tested posted for strep infection that went to ear!

I'm suprised this Damm place isn't closed its horrible. Everything down to the doctors are bad. Don't come here these people don't give a Damm about the patients

Wonderful experience the physician Dr Burns was very educated and so kind and informative. In and out quickly. Highly recommend

We were here over 4 hours in this sorry ass so call urgent care, staff was ok but spent to much time gossiping. They could be heard in the next room very loud. It was not super crowded so don't know why we had to wait so long. I would not recommend this place and would never come back.

If I could give a zero I would. Went in for an ankle injury got an X-ray allegedly nothing was broken. No physical exam was ever preformed! I begged for two hours just for ibuprofen. I was sent home with an ace bandage and crutches. I then follow up for another opinion at a different hospital to find it is in fact broken. This who entire department is a joke. Don’t waste your time.

Ended up having pneumonia! I visited this urgent care/ER on Sunday 12/22 with a fever, uncontrollable cough, body aches, chills. Normally, I’m no stranger to bronchitis but this was different and I never run fevers. They swabbed me for Covid and influenza A and B, which came back negative. I requested a chest X-ray due to pneumonia running rampant. I was ignored. I felt completely brushed off by them. Moving forward to today still have a fever and cough and not getting better, went to a different urgent care tonight and they gave me my chest X-ray, turns out I now have a partial left lower lung collapse due to pneumonia. If they had given me the X-ray on Sunday, I could have treated this three days sooner. As health care workers we are taught to listen to our patients, this place does not listen.
