Poor profressinalism they lst there compassion and love for what they do you are but a number good luck
I love Dr Kim, yes he is busy but always listens to me and I never felt rushed
Dr. Kim is competent, gentle, and very thorough. The health care team in his office is efficient and caring. I was scheduled for a hip replacement when kidney stones were diagnosed. At my appointment all arrangements were made and coordinated for lithotripsy at Christ Hospital allowing me to be on schedule to have my total hip replacement on schedule at Northwestern. Thank you Dr.Kim and your staff. Good things are worth waiting for in his office!!!!!
If you want to be treated with a basic level of care, listened to, and not rushed out the door, then choose a different doctor. Because this guy isn't it.
Dr Kim was my dr from 2005 I moved away for 15 years came back to area looked dr Kim Up went to see him for my stones did a cystoscope I was so scared I’m so thankful he went over everything with me so kind compassionate showed me X-ray went over it with me thank you so so much dr kim
The worst experience I've ever had with a physician. My experience was years ago, but it stays with me until today.
Dr. Kim is a kind, compassionate doctor.
Dr. Kim is a great doctor. He is patient, asks good questions and listens to his patients. He has helped me to do so much better since I started seeing him.
During the visit, it appeared Kim had not thoroughly read the patient's chart. Kim discussed removing a cancerous kidney, that had previously been removed, 09/2016. The caregiver questioned if Kim had the correct patient's chart. This questioning led Kim to use a highly abrasive, abusive tone and instructed the patient and caregiver to leave his office. He followed them using the same abrasive tone in front of staff and waiting patients. No on should be treated in such an unprofessional way.
I felt this review very essential here. I will not ever step foot in this office. Myra at the front desk was extremely rude and definatly should NOT BE DEALING with patients who are in pain. Let alone taking messages from the phones she answers so rudely and sluggishly. Dr. Kim, I am sure you are a very kind man however the woman named Myra that answers your phones is really not very good for your business. She hung up on me twice after telling me she would get an office manager for me to speak with. A week prior Myra also told me that the referral co-ordinator would call me weds or Fri. Nothing happened and I sit still in pain now having to find another doctor whom I can trust. I called today and asked to speak to the office manager and was told to hold on.... I held for over ten minutes and then hung up on. I called back and sent straight to an answering machine. I called back and Myra answered again. I nicely said I got hung up on and was waiting for the office manager... she said hold again.... and hung up on me a third time.... calling back at this point I was sadly a bit angry because then Myra proceeded to say they don't have an office manager. So I asked for her ##irect supervisor. She hung up on me saying I was rude, however I tried explaining she's on speaker phone and I may be little louder....calling back a fifth time...yes 5 times... a different office staff answered the phone and quietly and professionally took my message for the office manager. I thanked her and wished her a good day. Sadly the only reason I will ever speak to anyone in this office is by phone to explain this incident. I couldn't imagine putting my life...or my future in this offices hands. I feel my life and so is everyones health who is referred here ... is worth way more then this place seemed to care... I was very disheartened that I had to experience that type of lazy, doesn't give a crap attitude FROM the one who should be one of the most knowledgeable people in the front office. I was completely amazed and saddened to see the uncaring, incompetent mannerisms of the one answering the phones named Myra. The doctor is only a portion of the care given. If you have a bad staff doc....what does that say about you.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
