In my opinion, he’s not a good doctor. He overbooks, which causes problems. Patients are waiting too long then when you see him it’s a quick 5 minute exam and a follow up visit is scheduled.

Dr. Kapustiak is the most kind, patient, knowledgeable, scientific, caring, professional, upbeat physician I have had the joy of working with on behalf of my mother. He's seen so many cases inspite of random symptoms and different modalities he always finds the root cause. His team and assistants always are patient and caring as well. Make an appointment when you really care about your eyes he is the eye dr to the eye drs.

I paid a $40 co pay to wait a hour and have a dude in a suit tell me my eyes were 'hot'.His staff calls in my eye drops to a pharmacy I've never used.I call to complain to tell them that I wasn't getting taken care of, they told me I was getting taken care of. My eyes were beet red the whole week and I didn't get no drops till 6 days after my visit.I'll go see an Indian doctor before I see this guy again.
