Duly has very professional medical workers. I am satisfied thus far with the switch of medical provider. My physical therapist Jennifer was truly awesome. She got me back to being able to use my wrist. Not only was Jennifer my PT but in the beginning she was like a short term therapist because I balled out a little but Jennifer assured me that in time progress will be made at it truly was. Thanks to the whole Duly Tinley Park Therapy Clinic.

I have been seeing Dr. Hadley and she makes me feel seen and heard. I have been ignored and brushed off in the past but Dr. Hadley hasnt done that.

Receptionist and office staff are wonderful. Dr. Will is professional and thorough. Listens with a kind ear and does not rush you out of the office. Very pleased with doctor and staff.

Absolutely horrible. I never saw the doctor. Staff is rude!! They didnt want me to bring my baby in with me and told me next time I needed to leave her home. I was a new patient and nobody called ahead to tell me any rules they have. I just cancelled because before I even stepped foot into the office since they had such a big issue. I absolutely understand it was for my baby's safty due to covid and I would have made arrangements if I knew ahead of time. I dont understand how it is an issue in one DuPage building and not another. I literally when from my baby's appointment in another DuPage building and had no issues.
