Dr. DeFranco is my urologist. I have a elevated PSA. He helped me through my condition which is still on going. I feel totally comfortable seeing him with his capable and caring staff to keep me healthy!

The entire staff was terrific. I had a nurse named Mary who was incredible in making you feel comfortable and in assisting whatever she could and then when Dr. Defranco came in, he showed compassion, care, and interest in every little thing I had to say. Can’t say enough positive things about this place! Five stars!

Very poor service Always wait over one hour They double book and will call day of appointment and cancel your appointment Every employee will just say I have nothing to do with the wait I am diabetic and had a procedure scheduled with fasting but then waited over 1 and half hours with nobody coming to update us and getting very ansy sick and tired and no regard

He does not answer questions well. Only seems to care about performing expensive procedures . Find another doctor.

The Doctor did not explain anything. Did not satisfactory answer my question. Asked me about trying an expensive procedure on the first visit. He seemed to lose interested when I did not want the procedure that he would not answer questions about.Mentioned the fact that I did not want the procedure on the 2nd visit. I will not be going back.

Horrible and disrespectful office staff who have no professionalism. They will make light and joke about how difficult they are with a patient once they are gone in front of other patients in the waiting area. If you needed paperwork done with a certain timetable, forget it! Even when you switch doctors and the new one tries to request records from this office, they won't answer. I knew I didn't like it from my first visit.
