Dr. Sheila Shifrin is amazing. I go to her for all my non-surgical and facial aesthetic procedures. She's honest, sweet, and very talented. She's an Oculoplastic surgeon so she definitely knows what she does with great detail and precision. I always recommend her to all of my friends and family members, and they all love her.

I had eye my second eye surgery 3 months ago and Dr. Shifting has been a big help to me from the very beginning of this whole procedure. She was very professional, kind, and informative. High recommend.

Dr. Shifting was amazing. She answered all my questions and made me feel so comfortable. She was more like family than a surgeon. I knew that I was safe in her care. I would highly recommend her!

Almost 2 years later Blepharoplasty (Eyelid Surgery) . She told me for the skin not to sag have the eye surgery. I should do a slight lift on the forehead . So i did . It left a dent in my head.After 3-6 mths they had to do the eyelids again. Every time i went back they said "oh it takes a year to fill me. .I had and the dent is still in my head and I have tingling that travels from my head to my toes. Surgery was sept 2020 . My doctor is sending me to a neurologist. I left a message with the shifrins and haven't gotten a return call. I advise you highly dont use them

Dr. K. Sheila Shifrin is an attentive caring physician. She provides an extensive and informative consultation and answered all of my questions and provided me with much more education regarding my procedure than I expected. Her bedside manner is great and she is very gentle. Dr. K. Sheila Shifrin is one of the best doctors I’ve ever received care from. I had beletora fillers injected in my tear troughs and noticed an immediate difference. I had a previous consultation with a plastic surgeon who informed me that I was not a good candidate for fillers because it would make the puffiness under my eyes worse! This was absolutely not true and because of this, in addition to the watered down consultation he provided that was not free, like Dr. Shifrin’s, I would encourage anyone looking to have lower lid blephorplasty to seek a consultation with a medical ophthalmologist who specializes in oculoplastic surgery and aesthetics like Dr K S Shifrin and not just a plastic or cosmetic surgeon.

The office is totally disorganized. In late February, I had a surgery scheduled; Kerry (office assistant) kept saying she was waiting on my insurance. Upon questioning, I discovered she never contacted my insurance until the afternoon before the surgery! And that was only because I asked her the status.So we were forced to reschedule for a surgery date in April. Now my e-mails (with questions about insurance, etc.) are not being answered, i.e., it has been 10 days since my LAST e-mail with no response. My follow-up phone calls and messages are unanswered. I saw that someone in the office once attempted to call me but left no message. I'm rating this 2 stars because Dr. Shifrin seems so nice, but the office needs some serious and competent people.
